The photo attached was fairly clear in quality, although the angle it was taken from was slightly odd. Perhaps, in order to accommodate both people into the frame, the person taking the photo had taken a large step back, except it only served to exaggerate the fact that the person on the left was incredibly tall while the person on the right was very petite. When they were placed together, they formed a sharp contrast and it was rather memorable.
Liao Su only needed one glance to understand the true meaning behind the ‘凹凸 combination’; the concave was really too concaved, and the convex was too convex. No matter how it was looked at, it was hilarious, and Liao Su instantaneously burst into a peal of laughter as he zoomed in on both their faces.
Without having to say it, it was apparent that the tall one was Kang Shengzhe because the two characteristics being described – the coordinates of the Liberal Art College and his extraordinary height – had already provided sufficient information for Liao Su to determine it was him. Looking at the photo now induced little surprise, but with God K’s attractiveness, it was certain that the Liberal Arts College had the capacity to feel proud and elated this year.

The face value of both persons was not bad; the person sharing the photo space with God K had a decent appearance and it was definitely more than passable. However, his type was skewed towards cuteness and he was not the same You Liangxing or Kang Shengzhe.
At the moment when the photo was taken, the little boy’s expression was eye-catching. He was irked, pitiful and brimming with vigour whereas Kang Shengzhe had a drowsy countenance that said, ‘I’m tired please let me sleep’, which formed a strange sense of contradiction between the two.
The response to the image was extremely big.

Liao Su did not read too much into the comments that followed as he skimmed through the next few pages. Everyone was still entangled about topic of Kang Shengzhe and that little boy and they could not extract themselves from it, which was telling of how violent the impact of their face values were.
“God K is truly God K, he managed to turn the web forum into his live broadcasting room in such a short span of time.”
You Liangxing said, “Kang Shengzhe is here?”
For him to suddenly say this sentence after keeping his silence and refusing to speak made Liao Su chuckle as he said: “He’s here, and there’s even photos. Do you want to see it?”
You Liangxing: “... Don’t want to see it.”
Liao Su gave him a shit-eating grin, “If you don’t want to see it, you don’t have to. But seeing as to how your scowl clearly states you want it, here, here, here, you can take a look.”

Liberal Arts College... Kang Shengzhe was also in the College of Liberal Arts.
Going back to the topic he had been preoccupied by, this man had been hiding and ducking around corners whenever it came to him, but he allowed himself to be openly photographed by others.
You Liangxing felt an inexplicable displeasure in his heart as he continued to stare at that sullen face, and he was overcome with the sudden urge to punch him the living daylights into him.

Liang Chulin, with whom You Liangxing had identified, was in a similar bad mood as he stewed at the bottom of his metaphorical valley. While he was in the company of You Liangxing, he had specifically mentioned that he did not want to report to the same university as Kang Shengzhe, but by sheer coincidence, that had to be the case. Furthermore, not only did they report to the same university, they just had to be in the same major, just had to be in the same class and they happened to report at the same time.
After standing next to his two-meter-tall repeating student of a senior and teased by his older school sisters, Liang Chulin’s expression had long distorted into a crying one, and he sincerely wanted to die so he could ascend upwards endlessly.
Why did it have to be so coincidental?
And why did he have to be so tall ah!
After completing the formalities necessary for their admittance, Liang Chulin took his leave first and rushed to the dormitory first with his bag on his back. However, before he could take a few steps forward, Kang Shengzhe had already caught up with him because the freshman dormitory for the Liberal Arts College was in the same building. There was no possibility of evading him; their senior school sister had already reminded the pair that they were in the same class when they were handling the paperwork just now. As they continued to walk towards their destination, neither of them spoke a word.
Liang Chulin was in a depressive mood. Kang Shengzhe’s height gave him a ridiculous amount of pressure and he could basically envision how he would be ridiculed for his height for the next four years of university. Considering his terrible luck, it was clear that the heavens were trying to smite him.
Due to his poor mood, his body felt leaden all over and his bag seemed to press down his shoulders heavily. He felt increasingly tired the longer he walked, and he was going to tough it out when the pressure on his shoulders abruptly lightened. Unexpectedly, Kang Shengzhe was going to help carry his backpack for him.
Kang Shengzhe kept lifting it upwards without stopping and Liang Chulin could only take it off and allow the taller man to hug his bag without even making a sound of protest.
However, his act of not saying a word, as compared to saying something, moved him even more. Liang Chulin did not expect that Kang Shengzhe would be so attentive and considerate, to the extent where he helped him carry his bag because he was tired, and he could not suppress the shock in his heart.
This, this, this, was such a good person!
Liang Chulin was very touched and he reflected on his childish behaviour right away. Kang Shengzhe was his high school schoolmate and he was one year his senior, how could he mentally beat someone to death with a bamboo pole just because he was upset?
Thinking that, Liang Chulin decided to break the silence and he said nicely, “My name is Liang Chulin and we came from the same high school. I’ve heard the teachers mention you previously, but I didn’t think that you would coincidentally report to A University as well.”
Lowering his head, Kang Shengzhe glanced at him once before he gave a noncommittal hum. Then, his neck shrank back and he hugged Liang Chulin’s bag tightly.
Initially, Liang Chulin hadn’t looked carefully, but now that he did, he realised that Kang Shengzhe’s forehead was leaning against the white bear that was hanging on his bag and he seemed to like it.
Although Liang Chulin did not understand why he would do that, he felt like there was a sense of ‘great minds thinking alike’.
The white bear was the one that You Liangxing had personally won for him back in the Imperial Capital, and not only was it something You Liangxing managed to win, it bore a striking resemblance to You Liangxing himself. Its eyes were serious, its little face was both handsome and cool and it melted people’s hearts the longer it was looked at.
Happily, Liang Chulin said, “You have good vision, I really like that bear as well. But most boys don’t like plushies, sigh.”
Liang Chulin started chattering, and more and more words spewed from his lips. With every sentence exchanged, his favourability towards Kang Shengzhe increased by a point, and he was speaking when Kang Shengzhe, who had been replying with a series of ‘en’ sounds suddenly opened his mouth to say: “Let’s not talk anymore.”
Liang Chulin: “Why?”
Kang Shengzhe: “My neck feels really tired from looking down at you.”
Liang Chulin: “......”

In the evening, You Liangxing arranged for the various section heads and vice-section heads to visit the different faculties as custom dictated. Under Liao Su’s repeated request, the Learning Department replaced You Liangxing in inspecting the Economic Management Faculty while You Liangxing and Liao Su went to express their greetings to the College of Liberal Arts.
Having brought a few members with them, You Liangxing did not have to speak at all, whereas Liao Su, fuelled by his good mood, was actively making conversation with the members of the Student Union while directing a few sentences to him occasionally.
The first day of the Student Union’s inspection was not for the purpose of checking the numbers, rather, it was to communicate with the freshman. When they arrived at a dorm, they had to bring out the attitude that a Student Union senior should have and welcome them to the school in a hearty and magnanimous manner. And it went along the lines of: Welcome to A University, please enjoy your university life to your utmost, and then tell them that they could sign up for the school student union if they were interested at the end.
You Liangxing did not like talking, thus all the tasks requiring the payment of lip service was pushed onto Liao Su. After visiting several dormitories, Liao Su’s throat and mouth was dry from talking and he gulped down two bottles of mineral water.
“Why haven’t we reached yet, which dorm is her younger brother in? Brother Liang, let me take a look.”
You Liangxing was holding onto the list of freshmen. Before Liao Su had asked, he had already flipped through it several times. Liang Chulin and Kang Shengzhe were in the same major of Chinese Language and Literature, and their dormitories were both on the fifth floor. One of them was 506, the other 507; they were next to each other by chance.
“506, aren’t we here already? Hahaha.”
Liao Su was very hearty and because the students in 506 heard him beforehand, they opened the door for them in advance. The Student Union members entered the room in single file and began the process by offering their friendly greetings.
When freshmen entered the school, they were assigned to six-person dormitories. Liang Chulin was one of the six and he noticed You Liangxing at a glance. Excitement flashed across his face as he came over to greet him and You Liangxing offered him a rare smile and nodded kindly at him in return.
However, because there were a lot of people and very little time, Liang Chulin knew he could not hinder You Liangxing’s work no matter how excited he was. Thus, he only stared at You Liangxing and gave him a silly smile from time to time.
You Liangxing might be a man of few words but Liao Su always had more to say, especially when he had the ulterior motive of getting closer to Liang Chulin from the start. Thus, he spoke to Liang Chulin in an exuberant and lively manner. The younger boy, not thinking much of it, was very happy to chat with him the moment he heard that Liao Su and Liang Chuhan were acquainted.
After more than ten minutes and with no movements made to leave 506, one of the members urged, “Section Head, we still have to visit the next dorm, or else we won’t be able to complete all our visits by tonight.”
Because Liao Su had been avidly talking with Liang Chulin, he did not feel like leaving. He turned his head back to look at You Liangxing and said: “Let the President lead you over first. The President doesn’t like speaking, so be sharper about this, don’t let the scene go cold. Ah, hey, Brother Liang, you should hurry over, I’ll be there with you soon.”
Helpless, You Liangxing could only reluctantly leave Liao Su there and walk towards the entrance of the dorm 507. As he was walking, he paused, coming to a sudden halt.

Seeing that You Liangxing had come to a standstill, the members behind him asked him carefully, “President?”
You Liangxing came back to himself. With an expressionless look on his face while his heart fluttered, he strode towards the door and entered.
