Chapter 29 - Healed enough.
In a soundless game, only Liao Su’s voice constantly rose and fell. “Brother Liang, are you really not going to speak? It’s not because an outsider is present, right? Someone is asleep? Once they started playing, it was unexpectedly and exceptionally smooth.
The hero that You Liangxing was using, Cai Wenji, had two main effects: the first was her dizzy spell, and the latter was her heals. Whenever she had damage output teammates around her, the two abilities that Cai Wenji had were disgusting enough to make her opponents start cursing at her. However, there were setbacks to heroes that specialised in auxiliary services. They were usually low in base health, their output was terrible and they had to rely on the teammates they were supporting in order to win.
Luckily, [don’t want to move] was a very reliable teammate.
When manipulating Cai Wenji, You Liangxing was responsible for causing dizziness, and when it landed on their enemy, the one second stun was more than enough for [don’t want to move] to bring the enemy’s health down by half. Although he was playing a conventional hero like Hou Yi, his actions were dexterous and there were virtually no wasted movements.
After killing the opposing side’s marksman, Hou Yi quickly attacked the tower. However, Cheng Yaojin, who had come to give his allies support, flipped over the wall, and used his first ability to stomp Hou Yi to a standstill in the tower range, and fissures appeared beneath their feet.
The tower’s attack damage was relatively high and Hou Yi had to retreat. However, what could be done when a thin-skinned hero’s health was too meagre; in the blink of an eye, Hou Yi only had a fraction of his health left. You Liangxing rushed to Hou Yi’s side, and his surroundings glowed green and it wrapped around Hou Yi who was within range. Then, both of them started to beat a retreat.
No matter how much damage Cheng Yaojin dealt to Hou Yi, You Liangxing would remedy the corresponding amount, before they finally reached the safe zone that their tower provided. Even though Hou Yi maintained a weak state of health throughout, he did not die.
