The dragon watched as the huge fiery demon materialised in the forest, its bright red flames burning brightly, everything around blazing on fire. Thick clouds of smoke were rising from the forest, covering everything in a gloomy haze.

Dozens of small black-clothed figures desperately launched their abilities at the demon, colourful projectiles exploding all over its body. Loud bangs echoed through the forest, accompanied by bright, colourful flashes.

The colossal axe of the demon moved to chop through the forest, its blade moving down dozens of trees as if they were thin twigs, clouds of soil, ash and splinters whirling through the air.

The bright red glowing symbols on the axe pulsed. The wind caused by the swinging of the axe forced all of the trees to wave. The black dots around the demon quickly dispersed, jumping backwards from the enormous blade cleaving through the forest.

'Huh, this wasn't planned. Such a strong demon wasn't supposed to enter so fast. Something must have happened. Did she betray me?' the dragon's aura erupted out of his body, carrying his rage.

The towering demon looked at the dragon and all of its mouths that littered its body opened, crimson red flames flickering in them. Searingly hot columns of red flames erupted out, moving towards the dragon in an onslaught of red infernal flames, colouring the black sky with bright red. The evil infernal energy radiated out of it, raising alerts in the dragon's mind.

Vesuvius flapped his wings, tilting them as his large body made a sharp turn. The huge onslaught of flames flying by him impacted all over the snow-covered peak. A flaming storm enveloped it, its surface turning red from the heat and clouds of steam rising towards the sky as the snow evaporated.

If it was just pure fire, he wouldn't even bother with dodging, but the evil infernal energy radiating from it convinced him that he would take some damage from it.

'My forest is burning!' the dragon opened his mouth, roaring at the whole forest enveloped in burning hug flames, "You! How dare you burn my forest! That is my!"

Vesuvius wanted to rush down there and attack the demon, but then he noticed lines of demons slowly circling towards the hideout from all sides. He suppressed his rage, knowing that he couldn't allow the demons to enter the hideout as there was one of his most priced possessions, the highly skilled runic enchanter. Also, the ire of some intruders entering his base caused the cinders of rage to blaze new.

POV Some Important Demon:

The well-built middle-aged man with shoulder-length hair was lying in a puddle of blood on the floor in a rough room with undecorated stone walls. There were no windows, and a large magical circle painted with blood dimly glowed in the middle of the circular room.

The man groaned, his whole body covered in bruises and cuts. His arms and legs were dislocated and bent at unnatural angles.

A tall shadowy incorporeal form hovered in the air, two red points looking at the bleeding baron. Two wings of fire on the back of the formless black shadowy form illuminated the room in a flickering red light.

The distorted voice, as if it came from a broken radio, came from an uncertain direction, evenly filling the whole room, "Hahaha, such a nice day to catch the smell of that traitor after centuries!"

Suddenly, the man on the floor spasmed black shadows slowly creeping up his body as his painful shrieks echoed through the room.

"Such a disgrace! To call yourself a baron! How can we two be equal, foolish mortal?"

Suddenly the figure turned its two red points towards the ceiling, the room turning silent except for the quiet groans of the bleeding man. Soon, the glow of the demon's eyes increased as they quietly murmured, "A dragon and here?"

POV Pyro:

Pyro was looking at the enormous fiery silhouette of the demon, his eyes burning with bright orange flames after he witnessed the colossal inferno that the demon unleashed, "Hahaha, such beautiful flames! I shall make them bigger!"

The tendrils of magma coiled around his body covered in red robes, quickly condensing into a large orb of brightly glowing magma, its size growing and growing with each moment, looking as if it was going to pop at any second.

The sphere launched forwards, his eyes glued on it, with a smile under his mask. There was nothing more beautiful than seemingly random patterns in magma, their beautiful warm glow as they quietly danced. Sometimes he had feelings. He just wanted to let the world burn to escape the shackles of everyday routine.

'We are all just like flames. We are just consuming, leaving behind us destruction until we finally die out.' he quietly chuckled, the flames awakening weird thoughts in his head.

The magma sphere erupted on the demon's large torso, the orange magma mixing with the red flames, fighting against each other in a fiery duel of red and orange.

"Shit, they are getting through our perimeter! They will get into hideout!" a player pointed in panic at the lines of lesser demons moving like a horde.

Suddenly, the dragon descended from the sky, like a meteor smoke, lighting and fires, opening his mouth. Beautiful yellow light, as if someone was looking into the sun, radiated out, reflecting on the rough stone armour of the dragon, followed by a stream of bright yellowy, almost white flames that swept through the demons in one long line as the dragon flew closely above the ground. Their large wings spread smoke and steam everywhere.

The yellowy inferno exploded in the dragon's path, a huge wall of flames rising towards the sky, its heat causing the air to pulse.

'Such a beauty... They are already almost white!'

Pyro as an... well, pyromaniac, had a fair bit of knowledge about fire, knowing that with the temperature, the wavelength of the radiated light changed, changing the colour of the fire.

Suddenly Pyro's grin grew as he felt that he might as well be soon witnessing the ultimate flames, 'Once the wavelength changes enough, it will become invisible, turning into invisible flames.'

"Hahaha, let me fight for you. I will help you make your fire invisible."

A few players around him immediately looked at him, taking a few steps backwards. Although he couldn't see through their mask, he could easily guess their expression, 'Fools, they can't understand the beauty of fire. What is wrong with liking fire? No one is weirded when someone likes flowers. There is no difference. Both of them help and kill people.'
