The characters involved in the novel were either Korean, Japanese or American.

Do you think that only the citizens of these three countries could awaken their abilities? the answer is, of course not.

On my way to the cafeteria along with Stella, I could see cadets from Russia, India, China, Iraq, Iran, England, Nepal, and several other places.

"Hey, how did you rank one in the entrance? you are an American and I haven't heard your name before.", asked Stella.

"Hmm, Do you think that a person from a humble background is not deserving of this position?", I replied questioning her argument.

"No, that's not what I meant, It's just that a genius and handsome dude came out of nowhere and occupied the first rank, sounds suspicious", she rectified her statement and asked bringing her head close to my shoulders and raising her brows," are you a devil contractor?"

As the term suggests a devil contractor is a person who made a contract with the devil using his soul as a trading currency aka sold his/her soul to the devil.

If human flesh is a delicacy or cuisine for the devil, then the human soul brings internal pleasure with deep relaxation.

"You think I'll say 'yes Stella am a devil contractor' if I was one ?", I replied.

"Ugh... Then it must be some sought of overwhelming ability, right?", she inquired again.

Ability is a fake term used by a person's status window to show them their specialisation.

For example, Stella here specialises in Ice magic, which means she specialises in the manipulation of the specific element Ice. Thus pursuing the path of a frost mage.

Similarly, our main character specialises in the manipulation of the specific element fire, though he will have more abilities or specialisations as the story progress.

He will pursue the path of conflagrate warrior.

"No, I have no such overpowered or deceptive ability.", I replied, well, I don't even have a status window, to begin with.

"Then, WHAT IS IT ?", she shouted in frustration.

I smirked and said, "Am just built different kiddo'!"

"Don't treat me as a kid, we're the same age!", saying that she shot a glare at me and pouted. What can I even expect from a fifteen-year-old; oh, am one too.

After a short while and Stella's bickering, we arrived at the cafeteria. The academy was divided into eight sections-

Academic block - Where cadets attended theory classes. It had four floors, the first to third had classes and the fourth one was for Administration and staff.

Training Grounds - Where instructors trained cadets. (Separated grade-wise)

Stadium - For duels, spars and competitions. (Common area)

Auditorium - For Presentations. (Common area)

Assembly Hall - As the name suggests, for assemblies. (Common area)

Library - Contains a collection of books, periodicals, and sometimes films and recorded music for use or borrowing by the public or the member's staff. (Common area)

Equipment and Weaponry - Stores all weapons and equipment for duels, training and real combats. (Separated grade-wise)

Cafeteria - As the name suggests, a group of restaurants in which cadets serve themselves from a counter and pay before eating. A massive structure building with forty-one floors.

The academy accepted all kinds of currency because cadets came from different regions around the globe. So the deposit of cadets was converted into points which could then be used to make purchases in the academy.

Points weren't an issue for people from an affluent background but that wasn't the case for people of impecunious backgrounds and orphans who solely got admission based on their evaluation.

Fortunately for them, the academy provided a way to earn points and that is either by working as library staff, taking care of weaponry or setting up restaurants in the cafeteria.

Each and every restaurant in the cafe area belonged to a cadet or a group of cadets. Arriving at a quick-service stall named 'Anytime Burger' I ordered three burgers one for the kiddo, I mean Stella and two for myself and waited.

"So you prefer burgers ?", she asked.

"Yup, how would sturdy burghers like you know the taste of a burger!", I teased her.

[A/N: Burgher - A citizen of a town or city, typically a member of the wealthy bourgeoisie.]

"Wha-", just as she was about to say something we heard a voice from the counter, "Please take your servings."

I went over to the counter and a boy wearing a second-year cadet uniform underneath an apron handed me a big tray with three burgers wrapped along with two soft drinks the moment I turned around, the first thing I saw was our dear protagonist of the world entering on the same floor of the cafeteria we were on with a girl.

[A/N: Guys am suffering from a high fever so I'll be uploading just one chapter today, but don't worry, as compensation, I'll upload two chapters tomorrow, that is 15 January 2023.]
