The transition of a novel into reality often leads to more intricate and complicated issues, such as variations and missing components necessary for building a believable world.

Considerations must be made to determine the outcome and nature of the new world.

This is the situation in the universe where I currently reside. It holds secrets that I fear I may not be able to confront.

Ruby has been yelling "Just let me go!" for the past twenty minutes after waking up from a full day's sleep. She is not begging but demanding that the individuals meant to serve her release her so she can come to meet me.

Ruby was housed in a luxurious room with a white and gold theme, complete with a stunning king-sized bed and opulent gold-inscribed curtains, an unexpected sight for a devil's quarters. Although she was not physically restrained, her energy core had been sealed, rendering her powerless and no different from a mere human.

Soon after, the devil who spoke with Ruby entered the room through a grand set of double doors. At his gesture, all the maids in the room promptly left, despite being devils, they were more attractive and held higher moral standards than humans.

"Do not be concerned, My Lady. You are perfectly safe here," the devil assured Ruby. "Furthermore, the individual you are concerned about has not been hurt in any way.

In fact, he is receiving better treatment than even royal devils at present," he continued, referring to my clone. However, I was seated on the sofa beside Ruby's bed, observing the scene with amusement, making the devil's words meaningless.

"Release me, you bastard! I'm not some devil," Ruby protested, still in disbelief of her current situation. To prove her wrong, the devil in front of her stepped forward and forcibly released her devil aura. Ruby screamed in pain as black metallic angel wings, surprisingly elegant, emerged from her back.

Unlike the typical devil wings, which were simply bat wings, Ruby's wings were striking, with a metallic black sheen that captivated the eyes. Her hair remained unchanged, but her eyes transformed from green to a captivating cobalt red, matching the colour of her hair.

During her transformation, I observed that her thin figure transformed into a seductive form, with her physique becoming more refined and her skin taking on a paler hue, making her even more beautiful.

After ten minutes, her black metal wings disappeared and her eyes changed back to their original green colour. However, her appearance remained unchanged. The transformation seemed to have also unlocked some memories, causing Ruby to struggle with processing everything.

The devil in front of her told her, "My lady, I hope that demonstration has proven that you are indeed a royal devil and the rightful heir to the throne. I'll leave you be for now to adjust to the news. However, your training to take on the throne and rule the devils will start tomorrow as you are currently too weak to do so." With that, he left the room, instructing the maids to guard it but not enter, giving Ruby some personal space to come to terms with her situation.

Once the devil left and the door closed, the room was filled with silence. Ruby was kneeling on the bed, staring blankly at the white sheets as if she had lost everything. She dug her hands into her hair and held her head tightly while letting out a frustrated scream, "AAAAAHHHHH!"

"What am I supposed to tell him now? That I'm a devil?", She screamed.

"Honestly, I believe it's better suited for someone like me," I spoke nonchalantly as the barrier that connected my realm and reality faded with a ripple.

She was taken aback as she heard my voice, her eyes widened in surprise, and she was frozen again, poor thing, she's been dealt too many shocks lately.

I stood up from the sofa, and she turned her head towards me, still holding her head in her hands. My left eye turned red, and my right eye turned blue as I approached her. I placed my hand over her mouth in a menacing manner, pressing her against the bed and forcing her to lie down.

"Miss Ruby, it's time for us to settle the score," I said, holding her tighter. "If you had just asked for my help or even threatened me to do your bidding, I would have obliged, but putting your own life on the line and manipulating my emotions is not acceptable. Deception like this"…" I hate it".

She signalled for me to let go of her mouth, which I did, allowing her to continue speaking.

"When did I deceive you and how did you get here? What's with your eyes?", she asked with a confused expression. I sighed in frustration and warned her, "This is your last chance, Ruby. Show the real you"

The same innocent face remained for a moment when a grin etched on her face, her domineer changed in an instant, the way she looked at me was like she was looking at a bug. I found it amusing and chuckled at her expression, as it appeared she thought she was superior. However, to me, she was just like a cat that believed it could rule the world.

"What?", she whispered in a voice enough to reach my ears.

"Don't like the change?", she whispered raising her head in the slight clutches of my hands and winked at me as she began suggestively unbuttoning my shirt.

I held her hands to prevent her from moving, and said, "We need to talk, if you want to continue this conversation, nod your head, otherwise, I'll be leaving."

With my grip supporting her, she leaned closer, her face just inches away from mine. She nodded and leaned in further, resting her face against my neck. Even now, I found her every act amusing.

"Understood," I declared as I made a small, painless incision on her back to extract a drop of blood. The drop began to morph into a duplicate of Ruby, her soul, body, personality, and thoughts all perfectly replicated.

"<Vitae Origin>", I spoke the words, as the energy in the room merged into a harmonious balance of positive and negative energy, bringing the replica to life. The only difference was, it could not feel emotions such as love, and could never disobey me or the real Ruby.

The training and information given to the duplicate would also be transferred to the original when the spell is dispelled.

Ruby whispered, "I knew you were special," as she tilted her head and whispered into my ear.

She was intentionally doing this, blowing her breath into my ear and sliding her fingers into my shirt.

"…"

"I can't seem to figure it out," she whispered softly. "But for some unknown reason, I have this intense desire for you."

She pressed her lips against my ear, emitting a dark aura that attempted to break the seal and concentrate it. With her warm breath blowing in my ear, she murmured, "If you can't be mine, then I won't let anyone else, have you. You're mine, and mine alone"
