2563 Emperor Shao!
In the Aeonic Haven of Oceanus.
There was no earth or sky.
All around…there was only an endless stellar blue sea that filled everything.
Cerulean beauty and wonder was stretched throughout as in a small corner of this vast Haven known as Oceanus, there was a Plane of Existence that shone with a milky white hue.
The entire Plane was utterly empty and void of life except for a single being within it, and yet outside of it in the endless cerulean sea, millions of multicolored sea Beasts swam peacefully!
The single existence within this milky white plane was currently in a seated position as around him, streams of potent Hyperversal Extremity swirled with wonder, the auras of over 20 Absolute Dynamis of Extremity at the very minimum swimming around him as one never knew how many more were hidden within.
He was adorned in a simple white robe, his facial features handsome, but not exceedingly so as his extremely light caramel skin radiated purity and wonder.
His dark hair brilliantly stood with a light fade on the sides as he seemed like a distinguished man barely in his prime!
His pupils were constantly spinning with multicolored light as if a whole stellar system moved within, and a small sword lay on his lap that he was stroking calmly.
He was a man of many names, but the vast majority knew him as Emperor Shao.
At this moment, he stopped stroking the sword on his lap as his head turned to gaze towards a certain direction.
Thereafter, the over 20 auras of Absolute Dynamis of Extremity faded while his vibrant force of life became many times less than what was originally being given off!
Not too long after, the blaring aura of another Hyperversal Extremity bloomed as from the skies, purple flames that transformed into the figure of an exquisite woman formed.
Everything about her blazed purple with heat and regality as her fair figure descended onto the milky white plane of Existence gracefully, her gaze slightly somber as she approached the seated figure of Emperor Shao with a hint of caution.
Emperor Shao gazed towards this being calmly before he went back to stroking the sword on his lap, his voice ringing out first.
[Ariana of the Avernus Clan. Are you here representing yourself or your Clan?]

Each of his words were filled with a profound sense of power and dominance as Extremity Ariana floated far away from him while she replied.
[I come representing the Avernus Clan. We are redeeming one of the two remaining favors.]

Her words were straightforward and to the point as she pulled out a radiant Extremity Relic with the word [AVERNUS] etched on it, Emperor Shao nodding at her words as he spoke while putting the sword on his lap away.

Extremity Ariana nodded at his words as from her, multiple bubbles of light flew out- each one occupied with memories accumulated from many beings as well as intelligence reports gathered from all of these memories!
As she handed them off, she began to speak.
[The request this time deals with an Apex War in the Haven of Dissolution. We have to move soon to end the war without allowing our Elders to suffer too many casualties, and since we're doing so- we have agreed to use this opportunity to see which of the Inheritances and Clans have fallen under the influence of 'Them'. There is the possibility that the Adjudicator of Dissolution has reached the Zenith of Tier 3 Hyperversal Extremity as due to her and the difficulty of this venture, we seek your services to ensure utmost success.]

The way she spoke towards him was uniquely indicative of the power that Emperor Shao held, with Extremity Ariana not even being able to put on any airs as she spoke!
Emperor Shao absorbed the droves of recollections placed before him as this was his first condition before agreeing to any request.
He had to gain all the background knowledge on it, who was involved, and what their goals were!
If he didn't have all of this information and more, he wouldn't make a move.
In the bundle of information he received, there was the history of what ushered forth this Apex War, who the Commanders on each side were, what their levels of power and Recorded Histories were, and who they were connected to!
As he scanned through everything, Emperor Shao's stare sharpened as he asked lightly.
[Is there any more information on this Noah Osmont? His Origins, any history that doesn't date back to just a few days?]

Extremity Ariana blinked at the questions as she shook her head while continuing her pulsing purple flames!
[The recollections of his movements within Dissolution and the Initiation Step are all included. This is all that was able to be gathered on him.
