The first one to experience Realm Reconstruction as it currently held the Nine Natures Extremity Foundation.
It would be the first to undergo Existence Dissociation as while gazing at the Emperor Penguin, Noah's finger tapped out.

And from him, essence flowed out freely as the burning Vitalistic Seed of Rebirth congealed to form an outline of the Emperor Penguin- his Aspects of Existence, Realm, foundation, and everything else about him being replicated in an extremely short period of time!

A symphony of grandeur rang out in the background as Xiaomi and a few others raised their heads around, wondering why the hell qi was causing sequences of symphonies to play out.
Yet before them, the sleek black-furred body of an Emperor Penguin formed, verdant streaks of fur painting over its body like an ancient vital tattoo as its golden beak had majestic emerald lines etched on it.

As he spoke, Noah focused on the Absolute Vitalistic Clone of Extremity of the Emperor Penguin as he asked a question that caused mouths to gape open in shock.
"Do you wish to be the first to undergo Apexification?"

Each one would bloom into a Meridian during Apexification as he needed to make sure each of these seeds held a Boundary that could be taken to the 10th Boundary Layer at the time of his Apexification.
He needed to increase his total number of Boundaries to 81 before anything could be done as he couldn't waste an easy pathway of taking Boundaries to the 10th Layer while also enacting a foundation nobody else had done before!
It meant that apart from Wrath in the Seven Deadly Sins, there other concepts would be getting elevated towards Extremity next.
It meant that other concepts that defined him in the past and a few new ones would be added to his roster!
As Noah gazed towards the Clone of the Emperor Penguin and put on this grand show that would express a glimpse of just what would be happening in the coming Apex War, his Soul was already sending multiple commands.
