And not just any Apex War, but an Apex War of Annihilation.

Apex Wars were called upon when differences ran so deep that conflict was the only solution, but it was something controlled as normally, the Apex Aeonic Lifeforms fought and absorbed the losing faction after blood had been spilled to a great extent.
When it came to Apex Wars of Annihilation, both sides had to agree to it in order for it to be carried out as this type of an Apex War granted the right of Complete annihilation that the Victors could carry out!

They all happened in developed Havens that had already undergone Extremity Sanctification as if this Apex War went through…it would be the first in the Aeonic Haven of Dissolution!
"Noblesse and Lernaeans have fought over the years and spilled much blood, but in the past days…a total of three Apex Aeonic Noblesse lost their lives to Lernaeans. We have cause. We have conflict. We have life force being spilled. Please, do not deny us our right!"

"This war will end the differences between Lernaeans and Noblesse. And in this war…I shall take part as the Lernaean Lineage Emperor. Any Apex Aeonic Lifeforms can come settle their grudges with me as they like freely without worrying about the Investiture of Extremity!"
