It meant that due to his now Aeonic Quintessential Mana Soul covering for 90% of all used Aeonic Soul Values, his three Planar Domains for Loot, Blood, and Quintessence combined would all cost him a little less than 10% of his Aeonic Soul Values all together.

And for the Quintessential Hegemony of the Emperor- for the Planar Boundary of Quintessence that always changed if Noah allowed it to be cast naturally...it wasn't massive Planar chains of extremity this time around.
The multicolored light of Quintessence shone in multiple areas as it bloomed to bring to fruition constructs with humanoid figures!
They seemed to be made of pure multicolored light as an aurora of light formed wings behind them, their figures becoming adorned in a multicolored armament screaming of Extremity as their hands held massive hammers releasing a terrifying radiance.
