The Shoupin Region was a massive open space left unoccupied and was located just after one passes through the enclosed section.
And just after it, to the left, one would find the Handy-man territories, and to the Right, one would find the outer-sect Territories instead.
Of course, at the center ahead, one could find common buildings like classrooms and training stations.
And even though there weren't any more walls within the already enclosed space, there were countless formations to keep everyone in their place.
Handymen couldn't step into outer sect residential areas because of the formations that restricted them unless they were strong and qualified to pass through.
That said, the common buildings and other public regions allowed the handymen to step in, sweep and clean the places up.
Only the residential areas and forbidden comes were truly out of bounds for many.
Anyway, the Shoupin region was the open space that stretched on for quite a bit and was located before all other areas.
The open space was like clear fields allowing the guards to see any who managed to sneak through the gates.
They should be able to spot them running on the fields and whatnot.
That said, if the Teleportation center became a hit down the line, the traffic around it would be great too.
So they needed a vast open space to monitor things.
Hence, this zone was perfect!

Seeing that everything had finally been decided, the gang then left for the Shoupin area. And when they landed, they also attracted the attention of some passing around the zone.
