"Then, then, then I want his shoes too!"

"I want... F*** it. Let's just get them naked and share the items later.

[The dead people]: "_"

...

Everyone felt like crying while listening to these shameless bastards who had no respect for corpses.

They swore that they would never let their guard down again like this!

Fortunately, the countdown option finally popped up.

Without wasting any more time, everyone quickly chose to revive again.

On the other hand, these bastard people rushing up to them couldn't help smiling at the loot they had gathered today.

"Hahahahah! It's indeed a good day. Quickly, get his shoes."

"Yes, boss." One of the men answered as he quickly reached toward Bho Su's safari-like boots.

And in this split second, his eyes glowed with shock and greed.

I'll go! The underside of his boots was still so clean and looked brand new!

If he were given this pair of shoes after distribution, he would definitely sell it at a good price.

Hey. This was a desert city surrounded by miles and miles of nothing but sand.

So one could only get here by trekking on foot, carriage, or using Chadores (creatures that looked like a mix between a camel and a horse, with horns on their heads and 3 tails.)

And even though one would think that a carriage ride would be able to protect the shoes.

That would still be a lie.

Why? Because as one crosses the sandy deserts, at night, many mysterious things happen in these parts that would definitely leave one fighting for their life.

It might seem hard to believe, but the day was the safest time.

So by the time travelers got here, even their clothes were dull and twisted... Well, except one changed clothing just before they entered Sandovia.

For many people, seeing such clean shoes in good condition was too rare.

So it was definitely a steal.

.

The greedy man licked his lips and reached for Bho Su's boots merrily.

But just as he was about to touch them, a sharp light flickered before him.

~Slash! Slash!

~Plop.

The man's pupils dilated fast as he saw his hands separate from his wrists and fall to the sandy grounds.

It was then and there that the pain from it all finally registered in his brain.

"~Ahhhh!!~~"

He screamed and trembled in both rage and pain as the blood quickly flowed out of his wrists.

From there, the man's eyes glowed blue while glaring at Bho Su coldly.

"Bastard! How dare you pretend to be dead for this daddy? Good! Today, I will show you that I, Bonjo, am a proud son of Sandovia!" For more chapters, please visit

Instantly, the pressure from the man turned great, as if possessed by some powerful being.

Yes. He had lost his hands, but for people in this world, this alone wouldn't make them weak.

They still had several cards up their sleeves.

Sh**!

Seeing the dire situation he was in, Bho Su wasted no time and quickly got up to defend himself.

It wasn't just him, as everyone else got up, ready for battle.

The seemingly weak thieves had now turned into badasses all of a sudden.

And in this split second, they had to access themselves fast!

First, they had to know what their weapons and capabilities were.

.

From the blue interface, they all discovered that they were wearing something called 'Safari wear' that could be upgraded with time.

For now, they had the most basic sets with scarfs around their necks to protect them against sand storms, something called safari goggles (looked like swimming goggles but bigger and more futuristic), boots, broad hats, and so on.

To several modern people, they dressed and looked like proper safari people.

But how did they know that their clothes could be upgraded?

That was because just besides their basic attire on the interface, we're several other superior sets that had the words 'Locked' over them.

Nonetheless, they could still view the importance of those superior sets.

Some items had a cooling effect in this terrible weather, and others could repel sand bugs instead.

There were just too many advantages for the superior sets.

As for their weapons, they found that everyone started off with a low-grade dual blade.

But this didn't mean that this was all.

From what they saw, they had to find more weapons for themselves.

On their interface, they saw several transparent weapon spaces available, meaning that these spaces were like storage areas for each sort of weapon.

It looked like they had Swords & Shields, Hammers, mega hammers, Meteor Hammers, Claymore swords, Great Swords (which were ridiculously thick and long and heavy as hell… Also known).

There was also space for Lances, mega lances, desert horns, whips, bows, bowguns, slash bow melee (gigantic bow-looking weapon twice their size. The strong part was made of metal, and the bow part was a dragon scale-like curved blade).

Maybe the most exciting things to some were the many weird and powerful axes too... like the 4 sided ax, Mega ax, saber ax, and so on.

There were also spears like the Langxian, a multiple-tipped spear that resembled the main branch of a tree, with many tiny branches growing up at certain intervals.

One could also take the small branches and leaves there as sharp blades.

Of course, all weapons could also be upgraded as well.

Okay... They were now excited to start finding and collecting all the weapons!

But for now, what the hell was up with the human powers here?

What do they do now?

Looking at the humans who had now suddenly grown so strong, they all had tears in their eyes when thinking of their predicament.

This was for sure a setup!
