Chapter 326: A Thousand Swords Soaring in the Sky!

His son was slain in public. Yet, the Supreme Devil Marshal didn't dare retaliate!

This scene set the stage for the elite among the Yin Devils to understand the shifting sands in the Endless Netherworld.

Head bowed, the Supreme Devil Marshal watched as the rise of the War Princess became unstoppable.

Before this, many Yin Devils had been on the fence, but now they smiled upon the War Princess. They even suggested to the Netherworld Emperor that he abdicate, with no objections whatsoever.

They all knew the Netherworld Emperor wouldn't really let his daughter become the Netherworld Warden.

It wasn't until Fen Nu died that many realized the Netherworld Emperor's suggestion of abdication was a trap for the Supreme Devil Marshal, cutting off his roots!

The Supreme Devil Marshal had been duped, losing his son and reputation. He was practically finished. Who would dare support him now?

"My daughter." Under the watchful eyes of the crowd, the Netherworld Emperor stood up and produced a magic treasure!

It was a black and red whip, covered in dragon scale spikes, gleaming with a cold light. The tip of the whip was like a long spear with barbs!

A mere flick of the whip by the Netherworld Emperor tore through the air with a piercing sound that made scalps tingle.

One look, and it was clear this was a weapon of mass destruction!

"This Upper Ignis grade magic treasure, Weeping Netherblood, is now yours. It's one of the strongest weapons in the Endless Netherworld, so take good care of it..."

Before the Netherworld Emperor could finish, the War Princess grabbed Weeping Netherblood, saying, "Got it, stop nagging."

An Upper Ignis grade weapon was almost on par with treasures like the Calamity Seal Sword. Even the Supreme Devil Marshal coveted such a weapon, tightly held by the imperial family.

Now, it was hers. The War Princess wielded Weeping Netherblood, whipping it around her curvaceous figure in a visual feast.

"Cough cough." She quickly wrapped herself in her heavy cloak, then said to the Netherworld Emperor, "What are you waiting for? Open the Blood Devil Shrine."

"Yes, yes, yes." The Netherworld Emperor chuckled sheepishly, leading the War Princess deeper into the Windmoon Court, leaving the high-ranking Yin Devils behind.

"There's only one night left, I wonder if Her Highness can break through?"

"She probably can."

"But the Nine Hells Conquest Clash is too treacherous. Now that an Exiled Sword Immortal has emerged, we better keep a low profile."

In a world where monsters roamed, many found themselves lost in the chaos.

"Six hours from now, we'll head to the Immortal Asylum as scheduled. According to the rules of the Nine Hells Conquest Clash, all devils of a certain rank and above must attend. Those who qualify, get ready!" The voice of the Netherworld Emperor echoed from within.

"Yes!" All the devils in the Windmoon Court dispersed.

As the Supreme Devil Marshal left, he said nothing, but seemed to age a great deal.

Before the War Princess stood a shrine, modest in size, a mere ten feet across. Inside, a fearsome devil statue loomed. It had horns, a tail, and a human-like body with a ferocious looking facebearing the features of Yin and Yang Devils.

The statue was black but glowed with a sinister red light. In the darkness, this glow was particularly eerie.

"Why does the Blood Devil in the statue look like this?" the War Princess asked, eyeing the effeminate Netherworld Emperor beside her.

"It's said to be the true form of our race," the Netherworld Emperor replied.

"Are the Yang Devils trying to take us over just to revert back to this form?" she asked coldly.

"Not exactly. It's just that their females aren't as fetching as our girls," he said.

"What disgusting brutes," the War Princess spat in disgust.

"We've been fighting the Yang Devils for generations, just to preserve our lineage. Despite our efforts, countless girls from our borders are still taken..."

"Damn it!" The War Princess was livid, unable to hide her fury.

The female Yin Devils, with their unique beauty, were the envy of many. Strong in their own right, they were still vulnerable due to the overwhelming desire of others. Too many met tragic fates.

Even within the Endless Netherworld, high-ranking officials traded their own for benefits in other realms, reducing them to mere playthings.

"I knew about these things, but I couldn't change them," the War Princess said bitterly.

"Now, you certainly can," the Netherworld Emperor reassured her, patting her shoulder.

"Yes! I'll stand up for our women, control our fate, no longer mere objects!" she declared, fire in her eyes.

"Go ahead," the Netherworld Emperor said with a smile.

"Alright!" She nodded and approached the shrine.

Stopping suddenly, she whispered, "Dad, have I finally made you proud?"

"You've always been my pride, no matter what," the Netherworld Emperor said softly.

"Finally..." Tears brimmed in her eyes. How many years had she longed for this moment? Her fists clenched, she felt a surge of courage, and she plunged into the statue, vanishing into it.

After she disappeared, the Netherworld Emperor gazed deeply at the shrine, lost in thought.

"Talent can be unleashed, but one doesn't suddenly acquire power like this out of the blue... Who is behind her, guiding her steps?" he pondered.

Since her return, every move she made seemed orchestrated, a stark contrast to her usual ways.

As a father, how could he not know her? Yet, he dared not ask, uncertain whether this was a blessing or a curse.

"At least, she can now pursue her ambitions..."

.

The War Princess found herself in a crimson space, a world drenched in blood.

Blood pools, blood mist, blood steles. This was the Blood Devil Shrine!

The blood pools contained the purest heartblood of ancestors, a potent legacy of their bloodline power.

The blood steles bore the secrets of the most powerful blood arts of the Endless Netherworld, many long extinct. Even the Netherworld Emperor mastered only a few.

"A fine place," the Mortal Dust Devil Seed in her heart spoke just three words, echoing inside her.

"Are you satisfied with my performance today?" the War Princess asked softly, looking down.

"It'll do," came the lukewarm reply.

"Fine, let's assimilate the blood pool," she said.

"Disrobe and enter," the voice in her heart commanded.

"Alright."

In the swirling blood mist, a flash of bare naked skin finally appeared. She bore a tantalizing charm that could make anyone drool. At least in terms of her beauty, she was supremely confident!

Bathing in the blood pool, the Mortal Dust Blood Calamity swirled, transforming the ancestral blood into Mortal Dust Devil Blood, pulsing through her body.

In a daze, she couldn't help but ask, "Yun Xiao, will you ever fall in love with me?"

Yun Xiao paused, then said, "Hmm maybe with your body. After all, it is exceptionally gifted."

The War Princess blushed furiously, muttering, "You're as vulgar as the rest!"

"Thank you for the compliment."

In the Sword Ruins, the light of daybreak descended, illuminating the world. A new day had dawned. It was the grandest day in the Nine Hells!

Yun Xiao stepped out of the Golden Springs. "Another breakthrough. I'm at the Perfect Dao Heart Realm now."

It had to be said that the growth of his Worldly Dao Heart was trickier than the Mortal Dust Blood Calamity or Will of Divine Desolation, as it included aspects unique to Yun Xiao, not planned by the Creator Immortal.

"Even after absorbing the Sword Souls of the Withered Bone Keeper and those other Overseers, my Sword Aura hasn't grown much." Yun Xiao was now at 11,000 layers of Sword Aura.

He was the number one in the Nine Hells! However, the Sword Warden said there might be someone with a stronger Sword Aura in the Immortal Asylum.

What puzzled Yun Xiao was how little people knew about the Immortal Asylum, despite being one of the Nine Hells. So little it was almost inconceivable.

"People say those who enter the Immortal Asylum for cultivation rarely appear again. If not for their occasional emergence in the Nine Hells Conquest Clash, you'd think they'd vanished into thin air..."

This wasn't a recent phenomenon, but a longstanding mystery.

"Such secrecy begs a firsthand look."

Yun Xiao, Moon Fairy, and the War Princess were all heading to the Immortal Asylum!

"Due to the nature of my body double and blood slave, they've become even more formidable than I am now."

Yet, Yun Xiao was not worried. While his body double and the War Princess had reached the limits of the Nine Hells, his original self still had room to grow!

There was still time before the Nine Hells Conquest Clash!

In the early twilight, Yun Xiao ascended on his Sovereign Sword, followed by over a thousand Sword Cultivators from the Fate Ocean Realm and beyond!

A thousand swords soared into the sky!

"Destination, Immortal Asylum!"
