Chapter 60. 7th Floor (3)
On the seventh layer, the second battle we encountered was 3 Death Spiders.
This was one of the weakest monster formations on the 7th floor, and we decided we could deal with them without using [Windstorm].
Kodachi-san limited herself to using [Wind Slash] to conserve MP.
By adding Yuzuki’s [Burn Blaze], my [Rock Bullet], and my and Kodachi’s weapon attacks. The 3 monsters were easily eliminated, and we won the battle without any problems.
The next battle was an encounter with 5 death spiders.
There was a huge difference in difficulty between 3 and 5 Death Spiders.
Kodachi-san also used [Windstorm] to fight with full firepower.
But death spiders are much tougher monsters than Giant Vipers.
Even with Yuzuki’s [Burn Blaze] and Kodachi-san’s [Windstorm] stacked on top of each other, we could not eliminate it, and in the end, we had to try to destroy each one individually by stacking single attacks.
As a result, both Kodachi-san and I won the battle, each suffering a blow from a poison fang attack.
