The meticulous Dion showed superhuman patience by keeping his mouth shut until they entered the room.

“I have extra towels, but I didn't get any clothes. I don't have any clothes that fit your body."

Even when he went down to the master's room and came up with a towel, Kalcion held Selina and sat her on his lap.

“Good work.”

Dion, who placed the towel on the table by the door, was just about to leave but tensed his legs and stood.

“Can I just ask you one question?”

“Hmm.”

“Is the operation still in progress?”

“No. There is no need to proceed further. It's over.”

“Then…”

What was it that set the mood while holding her bare body in the water, the reason why the master, who had a strong lower body that could withstand running all day long, did not put Selina down even after arriving in the room?

Dion's gaze could not leave Kalcion's hand wrapped around Selina's shoulder.

“…Why are you continuing to act?”

“It’s not acting.”

“…Then, why are you holding her?”

“If she touches the ground while her feet are wet, it gets dirty.”

“Does it matter if her feet get a little dirty? It just needs to be cleaned again.”

If he didn’t have the courage to face the reality, the words would be unnecessarily long. As he thought so, Dion, who would normally have finished with a yes or no and then withdrew, was exceptionally tough today.

“I want to hold her even a little longer.”

Kalcion was proud, and to put it bluntly, he did not know shame.

Dion was speechless at his imposing audacity.

Enduring twice as much embarrassment, Selina covered her face with her hands. Now that Dion had heard his answer in moderation, he wanted him to get out.

“Why do you want to hug her?”

However, Dion's question persisted. It seemed that he would continue until he got the answer he wanted.

“When you see something beautiful, don’t you feel the desire to touch and possess it?”

Kalcion asked in frustration.

“…What? There is… that feeling.”

Dion replied in a puzzled way.

“Need more answers? It's a person's heart that you don't want to let go when you feel affection.”

“Alright…”

The spirit escaped from Dion's eyes as he answered again.

Even though what Kalcion said was an established theory among established theories, it was shocking that that established theory came out of Kalcion's mouth. He had been thinking that if the order of realizing love in the world were given, Kalcion would be last among all people in this world, no matter what.

At the scene where the faith that Dion had lived with all his life was collapsing, only Kalcion remained calm. He didn't have time to care about other people. All he could see was Selina.

Meanwhile, Selina endured the feeling like a squid burning on the grill she couldn't escape. Whether it was stealing or falling in love, it was all scary if they learned it late.

“It is unpleasant for them to be touched by other people.”

“Yes…”

“So, make sure the other members are thoroughly familiarized with it so that they don’t make mistakes.”

“…Understood.”

Dion, dumbfounded, answered like a machine, then turned around and then back again.

“By the way, Your Excellency…”

“What again?”

Kalcion's voice became rough because the persistent intruder was annoying him.

“Then you two… are you really lovers now, not just acting?”

Kalcion's expression showed that anger would soon cover his eyes and treat Dion like a beast.

“…It is unrequited love.”

“…Excuse me.”

Fortunately, as his survival instinct was still properly attached, Dion was able to escape in time. He must be embarrassed by his own words. On the other hand, Kalcion casually sat Selina on his lap and stroked the ends of her hair.

“It’s freezing this time of the year.”

As he went to get the towel that was left at the door, he carried her in his arms.

“…Can't you just put me down and go?”

“Why?”

“Because I’m heavy.”

“There is also a pleasant weight in the world, like the weight you feel in your palm when you hold a sword that fits perfectly in your hand.”

The description was just like like. In short, it meant that her weight was good.

Who taught this man to say this nonsense?

…It was her.

She couldn't even speak ill of others since she was the one who taught him how to make silly comments. It was her own fault for not knowing that the day would come when he would use it like this.

Kalcion took a towel and sat down again, carefully wiping the moisture from Selina's hair strand by strand.

“Umm…”

The ever-careful touch was unchanging, even in her hair. The long, hard fingers ran through her hair and massaged her scalp, making her voice a languid sound.

Even if Kalcion's fingertips didn't stop, she almost leaned on him, carrying her weight. He may have seduced her, and she shouldn't seduce him. She had to make up her mind that she wouldn’t go back once she seduced him.

Selina lifted her languid eyelids and straightened her back.

“I think it’s almost dry. I can sleep now.”

“Yes.”

As he threw the wet towel in the corner of her room and set her down on the bed, Selina burrowed into the blanket.

The blanket was cold.

Like the shabby lodgings, she stopped at on her way to Mion, as the windows were like wind paths. A cold wind blew in through the window. While it was better than staying outdoors, there was nothing particularly good about the room.

s

Her body, which was already cold, did not warm up, no matter how much the blanket was rolled up.

“The blanket is too cold.”

Even though she tried to close her eyes somehow, the chill started to make her teeth chatter.

Couldn’t stand it, so she turned to Kalcion for help. Kalcion, who had been wiping the water from his own body, came over to her and shoved his hand under the blanket.

“Wait.”

He turned his back and began to undress himself.

When there was no warmth in the air, his best bet was to warm her with his own body heat. Even when they camped out in the cold, the soldiers tangled together to sleep.

He soon entered the water with his clothes on, and his lower body was wet, even his underwear. Although he could sleep well in wet clothes, he couldn’t keep Selina warm, so he had to take them off to sleep warmly.

Kalcion, who had lowered his pants and pulled down his underwear as well, felt a gaze behind his back and turned around.

Selina was staring this way as she stuck out her eyes under the blanket.

“….”

“….”

When Kalcion gazed back and their eyes met, Selina shyly averted her eyes.

“Even the Duke looked at my body…”

She murmured her excuses, but Kalcion completely turned around.

“Kyaak!”

The startled Selina pulled the blanket up over her head.

“Isn’t this what you wanted to see?”

“No!”

“You were looking at it.”

“It is, but…!”

“Look at it if you want to see it. Make yourself comfortable."

Kalcion had no taboos about nudity.

As he always lived surrounded by attendants, he had no sense that he had to hide or be ashamed of it. He turned and took off the clothes, not to hide himself but to keep Selina from getting startled. He had learned that it was rude to show his nakedness to the ladies.

Still, he was willing to show her if she wanted to see it. He was even happy.

Kalcion didn’t even know his heart that he wanted to show himself, and Selina's head was buried under the blanket and never came out again.

Casting aside his regret, he put on a gown.

“Can I come in?”

Unlike usual, he was wearing a gown over his bare body, so he sat down on the edge of the bed and asked her permission, just in case.

Selina peeked at the corner of the blanket instead of answering him.

With the cute invitation, Kalcion carefully dug into the blanket. As she said, the cold blanket was as cold as ice, and he burrowed under the covers towards her.

“Come here.”

She was caught at his fingertips.

Selina, still with her head buried, rolled under the blanket and burrowed into Kalcion’s arms. He was thrilled when her body, still cold, was placed in his arms though Kalcion rather tightened his arms and hugged her tightly.

“Huk. I'm out of breath.”

Only then did Selina lift her head, which had been buried in.

Her mouth opened, and she breathed like a goldfish that popped up on the water's surface. In his arms, her breath seemed to be choked, and her parted lips turned red. It was lovely. What was he waiting for?

Kalcion kissed her.

Selina looked at Kalcion with a dazed face.

She was cute again.

“Why do you keep kissing me?”

“If you're lovable, I was supposed to kiss you.”

“It's like when you're in love.”

Even as she scolded him, she thought. This was an arbitrary mess. She rejected her love… yet she accepted his touch. Digging into his arms, her lips twitched, and like her wandering mind, everything fluctuated.

He did not get angry. However, Selina's selfish treatment must have been dissatisfying… she expressed her displeasure with a low moan.

“What if it’s not the lips?”

She thought about it for a while, and then the question came out of nowhere.

“What if it’s not the lips? What do you mean?”

“Can you kiss me on the forehead?”

“…Hmm.”

“As a token of affection.”

Whether they were close or not, they were definitely very close compared to others.

It was not that she didn't like Kalcion's kiss. He was good. She just pushed him away because she liked it so much that she wanted to hold him tight every time they kissed. Even though the intentions seemed impure, it seemed that Kalcion would be too hurt if she even refused his kiss.

As Selina feigned reluctance and nodded her head, Kalcion put his lips to her forehead. He whispered devilishly as his lips touched her.

“What about the cheeks?”

The cheeks are also smaller than the lips. She let it slip away.

The lips that had moved to the cheeks, then her chin, running down her jawline and then down to the nape of her neck.

“Here…?”

A half-hoarse voice insists on permission.
