54 Imposter
Kaden's eyes widened at Jim's offer and he was about to object to the situation but Dave beat him to the punch once again. Dave took the glass from his hands and drank the liquid making sure to use his tongue to lick out all of the remnants in a very intoxicated manner and once he was finished he handed the glass back saying crazily, "Give me more!"
Jim was taken aback by Dave's response by the situation which was evident by his eyes widening even more than Kaden's. He thought he had found someone that sneaked in or wasn't supposed to be here but turned out he was wrong or so he thought.
"Sorry, you will have to wait until the end of the class to get more. This was just a test of sorts." Jim said returning to his previous smile. Everyone else in the ring began complaining that Dave got some of the shake but they didn't. He quickly silenced them saying that if they kept complaining they wouldn't get any even after the end of the lesson.
Kaden then whispered to Dave quickly in a panic thinking that the shake was going to affect him somehow, "Hey are you ok? Do you feel weird at all?" Kaden questioned with uncertainty.
Dave turned a little as he was jabbing and smiled at him before whispering back, "Don't worry that liquid can't affect me. While I may be considered living by most standards I'm still technically among the undead making things such as drugs not have an effect on me." He said jabbing forcefully showing off how unaffected he was.
"If you say so." Kaden said still not convinced but decided to trust his words anyway. Kaden did realize that if what he said is true then that would be a huge advantage for him and his army in the future.
As the group continued their lesson Kaden looked around at the rest of the people and saw that each of them indeed seem to have more strength in their bodies. Even one of the older ladies began showing immense strength as one of her kicks left a slight crack in the ground. This was so impressive that one of the other people even complimented her.
"Nice one old lady!" One of the guys said with an impressed face.
Despite the compliment and subtle diss the old lady turned to him quickly with her remark, "What are you talking about? I'm 16 and will always be 16." She said before ignoring the man and continuing her aggressive kicks
The lesson continued and finished similar to the day before but this time Kaden was more on edge as he tried to act like those around him because from what he'd seen they were not very kind to those that weren't acting like the others.
"Alright, everyone! Class is now dismissed and if you don't mind please follow me to get your shakes." Jim said as he exited the ring with a little bit of sweat on his face.
Everyone immediately stopped what they were doing and followed Jim to the counter where he opened up the cabinet once more but this time the previously blue shake was red which concerned Kaden.
'What does this one do?' He wondered.
However, his question was soon answered as the people didn't care what it was only the fact that it was related to the previous shake. The people around him began gulping down the liquid while Kaden and Dave got their own shake and hid it within the confines of their clothes pretending to have drunk it.
Similar to the original shake after a few moments of nothing happening everyone dropped to the floor quickly leaving Kaden and Dave standing which completely neglected their original plan of pretending to drink it. They started to pretend to also fall on the ground but Jim's eyes locked on them seeing that they didn't fall before they could accomplish their plan.
"What's wrong? Do you not like the new color?" Jim asked with a friendly smile.
Kaden and Dave both returned his friendly smile and Kaden spoke up, "No! We love the new color actually! It was quite tasty!" Kaden said trying his best to convince Jim that they had drank the substance.
Jim seemed to consider it for a moment which heightened Kaden's hopes but then a moment later he said, "Pam do a flip."
When these words left his lips the older lady from before that hadn't spoken since she drank the shake did a backflip. She then landed the backflip and continued staring into space while Jim continued.
"Kaden do a flip." Jim said giving his order which Kaden assumed he needed to comply with if he were to convince him. Kaden braced his body and began the backflip jumping off of the ground and rotating his body backward.
All seemed to be going well as he felt his hair pass touch the bottom of the floor just barely missing his actual skull as he rotated more and more. Everything looked like it was going well as Kaden started to complete the rotation and was no longer backward. Then as he landed the flip he landed on his face.
"Ow." Kaden groaned as his face hit the floor.
"Everyone get them!" Jim shouted as he realized they hadn't taken the shake.
Kaden jumped back up from his position and got beside Dave as everyone in the gym began looking at them with crazy eyes. Dave started to use his class and brought out his own sniper rifle but before he could shoot an arm grabbed him and knocked the gun out of his hand while many more hands grabbed at his body pulling him to the ground.
Kaden was not in much better of a situation considering that he didn't have a combat ability yet and the only fighting he knew was taught in the very same gym he was being attacked in. Despite kicking and using the jabs he learned to even knock 3 people out with his E- rank body Jim walked over himself and restrained Kaden on the ground.
