Chapter 67: Provocation
The next morning, Qiu Tong had just finished breakfast with Ye Luan when she received a call from the kindergarten teacher.
“Xingyuan’s mother, you finally answered your phone.”
The kindergarten teacher heaved a sigh of relief after the call went through.
“I’ve been calling you the past few days, but I haven’t been able to reach you.”
“Qiu Xingyuan, Qiu Xingqiao and Qiu Xingyu have not come to class for the past few days.”
“I want to ask, did something happen at home?”
Qiu Tong thought that the three children refused to go home and were staying at the hotel out of spite. She did not expect that they would not even go to school.
She was silent for a moment, and decided to cover for the three kids.
“Teacher, I’m really sorry. Something cropped up at home, so I didn’t have time to apply for leave for the three of them. But don’t worry, after the family matters are settled, the three of them will continue to go to school.”

Qiu Xingyuan and Qiu Xingqiao hurriedly came to the window. When they saw Qiu Tong, a hint of joy flashed across their eyes. However, when they saw Ye Luan beside her, all the joy in their eyes disappeared, leaving only anger.
Qiu Tong brought Ye Luan to the door of the three children’s room. Just as she was about to knock, she realized that the door wasn’t tightly shut.
She reached out and pushed open the door. Years of battle experience had made her aware of impending danger.
Qiu Tong quickly pushed Ye Luan away and somersaulted in the air, dodging the bucket that fell from the sky.
Just as she heaved a sigh of relief, a huge black trash bag came towards her. She couldn’t help cursing.
With one hand on the ground, Qiu Tong rolled to the right. She was worried the trash bag was dirty and didn’t want to kick it.
However, the traps set by the three children were far from over.
Qiu Tong faced a barrage of pillows, towels and even slippery shower gel spread all over the floor. She had to use all her wits and abilities just to avoid them.
She felt that this was more tiring than a real fight.
If not for her quick reflexes, she might have been fooled by the three children.
Qiu Tong dodged the last “weapon” and stood in front of the three children, sighing.
Forget it, it would be worth it if this allowed them to vent their anger.
“I received a call from the kindergarten teacher. She said that you guys haven’t been to school the past few days. Are you guys going to boycott classes?”
Qiu Xingyuan was still in a fit of anger as he said in a dark tone, “Why? Isn’t Ye Luan enough for you to manage? You still have the mood to worry about us?”
“Elder Brother is right. Just take good care of him. Why do you care about us?” Qiu Xingqiao shouted loudly.
“We’re not going to kindergarten. You can use the money you saved to support Ye Luan.”
Qiu Tong’s head ached. She didn’t know why they were so hostile towards Ye Luan.

A tender voice sounded from behind them.
The four of them turned around and saw Ye Luan stepping into the room, carefully avoiding the stuff on the ground.
“This is perfect. I am old enough to go to elementary school now. If you guys don’t go to school, Aunt Qiu can use this money to pay my school fees instead.”
Ye Luan’s expression was cold. But he secretly winked at Qiu Tong.
Qiu Tong instantly understood Ye Luan’s intentions and nodded in agreement.
“You have a point. I’ll have you enrolled immediately.”
As Qiu Tong spoke, she held Ye Luan’s hand and walked out without looking back.
Qiu Xingqiao looked at the backs of the two of them and felt like he was about to explode on the spot.
“I told you that the kid was up to no good!”
“Elder Brother, are you going to just watch him spend that woman’s money?”
Qiu Xingyuan’s face was also filled with grievance. He pursed his lips and snorted coldly.
“I won’t let Ye Luan do as he pleases. I want him to know that we have the right to spend that woman’s money.”
“Let’s go to kindergarten now.”
Qiu Tong hid outside the door and listened to the children’s conversation. She gave Ye Luan a thumbs-up and brought him to the elementary school next door to the kindergarten to settle the admission procedures.
