226 Trap Card Activated
Shu Gongyan's body erupted with a demonic aura as he shot toward Long Ming. He also noticed Long Ming's aura was dropping.
' Perhaps he used some sort of treasure earlier. Now the duration has ended, his power is decreasing!' Shu Gongyan was elated inwardly as he attacked Long Ming with his Silver Dragon Spear.
Long Ming's Raging Storm Wing crackled with lightning and storm winds as he vanished from his position, loading Illusiory Lightning with purple lightning infused with wind qi.

The Tribulation Lightning qi filled the arrows as they shot toward Shu Gongyan. Shu Gongyan waved his spear, dispelling all the attacks with ease.
His speed became explosive as his spear tore through the wind, almost hitting the chest of Long Ming. Long Ming used the power of his Spatial Light Physique to teleport behind Shu Gongyan, using his Silkwave Demonic Yin Palm on his back once again.
However, the scales on his back glowed, turning into soft and elastic layer which absorbed the power of Long Ming's attack.
The Silkwave Demonic Yin Palm which Long Ming was using was an hybrid of Jade Shattering Yin Pulsing Palm. It contains the force of Yin energy and the concept of Softness, which ignores the hard defense and attacks the soft interior.
However, the scales on Shu Gongyan's skin was tough yet flexible like a snake. If Long Ming's true qi had the power of the Primordial Spirit Unification realm, he could have broken it. But Long Ming was still at the peak of the True Core Formation Realm, so his True Qi was relatively weaker.
" Hmph! You think the same attack would work on me twice?" Shu Gongyan snorted as he used the rear of the spear to stand Long Ming.
With a booming sound, Long Ming got blasted back, crashing on the barrier. Coughing out, he stood up, looking at Shu Gongyan with a snort.
" Well, I guess the Royal grade bloodline still got some power, eh?" Long Ming stretched his arms as he cracked his knuckles, looking at Shu Gongyan with a light sneer.
To create a Royal grade Bloodline, a person needs to reach the peak of the Ancient Lord Realm and incorporate the Grand Dao within their physical body.
Only after that, their offspring would be able to carry the power of the Royal grade bloodline.
However, after too many generations, the bloodline gets thinned. So, corresponding treasures and techniques were needed to cultivate to a certain stage before they could awaken their bloodline. And such bloodlines are easier to cultivate than a physique while granting similar power. And Shu Gongyan had already awakened the bloodline to a minor completion. The spear intent overflowed as it turned into thick silver snakes swirling around the spear. Shu Gongyan's body arched as he made a powerful thrust of the spear.

Each other peaks covered with misty immortal clouds, soaring to the heavens. Just looking at the mirage, one could feel the immense vitality and weight of the mountains.

Shu Gongyan's expression changed when he saw Long Ming's manifestation of his imperial physique. Long Ming took a deep breath as he raised his fist.
Condensing the power and weight of his body which exceeded a thousand tons, he punched the incoming attack of Shu Changyan.
Long Ming only felt an opposing force as he crushed the attack. However, he didn't get pushed back.
" Weren't you saying something, huh?" Long Ming snorted as his bow vanished. Cracking his knuckles, Long Ming stretched his arms back as he jumped forward.
The mirage of the mountains was covered with a raging tsunami as it covered Long Ming's arm.

It was like the weight of a mountain merged with the powerful flow of raging water. Long Ming's fist carried a powerful momentum that almost encompassed the entire figure of Shu Gongyan.
Shu Gongyan's expression changed as a golden scaled armor appeared on his body, casting a faint glow.

The crimson colored aura intensified around Shu Gongyan as his eyes turned like reptiles. Flapping his wings, he appeared right before Long Ming. However, Long Ming didn't stepped back as he fought back with equal intensity.

Long Ming used the Intent of Fire and used his left fist to attack while his right fist attacked with the Intent of Water.
Fire and Water merged as both fists fell crushingly on Shu Gongyan. Long Ming also deliberately attacked at a single point of oh his armor as he used the heat of Intent or Fire and then quenched it with Intent of Water.
" Death Rain Spear Strikes!"
Shu Gongyan's veins poppled as his spear turned into dar rays, falling on Long Ming like a wall of spikes. However, Long Ming didn't back as his Great Mystic Mountain Physique became a shield to block it.
The bombardment was fierce as Long Ming felt his body got pierced from multiple places. Although he backed away, they were all shallow wounds. However, Long Ming looked at Shu Gongyan's angered state as he snapped his finger. Activating the Eternal True Spirit Art, Long Ming's spiritual qi gushed out like a tidal wave.
" Illusion!"
Shu Gongyan only heard a snap of a finger as he felt his surroundings shifting. A powerful pressure fell on his soul, making him stagger.
" Damn it! Spiritual attack?!" Shu Gongyan cursed as he clenched his spear and attacked Long Ming.

" Haha! I did it!" Shu Gongyanb laughed as he saw the spear pierce Long Ming's heart blood splattered. Laughing maniacly, He kept stabbing Long Ming more and more.
" HAHAHA! DIE! DIEEE!"
Shu Gongyan kicked the body of Long Ming which was lying on the floor. However, turning his body into a bloody mush, he felt something strange.
" Why? Why aren't you all cheering?"
Shu Gongyan turned around and saw the entire arena was empty, without a single soul. Suddenly, a pang of pain appeared in his head, making him bite his tongue.
Long Ming looked at the soul fragment of the insect demon which was conjured by Shu Gongyan.

Shu Gongyan's eyes turned wide when he saw Long Ming holding a chunk of metal. Looking down, he saw a big hole in his Royal grade armor.
" Well, That armor is nothing more than a heavy scrap." Long Ming spoke in a chilled tone as he walked toward." What will you do now, Huh? I guess it's time to end this."
" Heh…HEHEHE…"
Shu Gongyan suddenly laughed as he looked at Long Ming with crimson reptilian eyes. " You think I can't do anything?"
" Gongyan!" Zheng Li shouted as he realized what Shu Gongyan wanted to do.
Shu Gongyan pulled out a small insect totem as he poured all his true blood in it, making it awake.
Suddenly, the stage trembled as an illusiroy figure a gigantic insect appeared before Long Ming.
" Feel the power of the Peak Dao Refining Realm power of the Bloodsting Mantis!" Shu Gongyan laughed maniacly.
" Well, It's still an insect…right?"
Long Ming looked at the soul fragment of the insect demon which was conjured by Shu Gongyan.
Suddenly, his grin became demonic.
" You just activated my trap card."
