Music, one of Elric's favourite past times back on the blue star
When he was sad he would listen to music
When he was happy he would listen to music
During research, he would listen to music!
Now listening to the screams all around him, Elric felt like he was once again back on the blue star
"Ahh~ what a wonderful symphony!"
Drinking the blood of a nearby demon, Elric gradually began to regain his consciousness.
During this time, a weekend had passed, and after seven days and seven nights of killing, it seems the nearby demons had been completely exterminated.
Standing covered in blood on the top of a mountain of corpses, anyone who saw Elric would think he was more of a demon than the actual abyss demons
"Master? Are you finally awake?"
Sensing Elric's gradually regaining consciousness, Ava couldn't help but call out in caution.
You know this week, no matter how hard Ava tried calling him out, her voice was unable to reach him.
With an expressionless face and blank eyes, Elric, just like a machine that only knew how to kill, kept on slaughtering all that stood in his way.
Thankfully, after a week of bathing in the blood of his enemies, Elric finally showed signs of awakening
"Oh? Ava is that you?"
"I guess I kind of got a bit carried away"
Scratching the back of his head, Elric couldn't help but laugh awkwardly as he kicked a corpse under his feet.
Seeing this happen, Ava sighed in relief
*Hmm, it seems that the master should be back, but why does something feel off?*
Sensing Elric's state, although he wasn't on a slaughtering spree anymore, Ava still felt something was wrong.
Perhaps it was because of the unnatural blush on Elric's face just now when he drank blood
Or it was from the sense of pleasure she felt from Elric's body whenever a demon howled and screamed in pain
Either way, Ava felt something was definitely wrong with Elric making him behave like this.
Unfortunately, what she didn't know was that nothing was wrong with Elric
Rather the person who she thought was Elric, couldn't be called Elric at all!

At this moment, completely unknown to Ava and the outside world, Elric was currently encountering one of his toughest battles
Sitting cross-legged in front of him in an empty dark space was a figure which looked exactly like him.
However, different from Elric his eyes were two different sets of colour
One was blood red, and the other completely black making his pupils seem nonexistent.
"So you're trying to tell me you want to take over my body and if not you'll wipe away my consciousness?"
"Don't kid me! Who exactly do you think you are!"
Looking at the figure in front of him, veins couldn't help but bulge on his head.
Just now, when he lost consciousness due to the madness Elric unexpectedly found himself floating in the strange space.
Obviously, this should be his mental space judging from the similarities to immortal sovereigns
However, just when Elric was about to try to find his way back to the outside world, this figure appeared before him
Carrying an ominous aura and having the exact face as him, this figure suddenly appeared before him saying he wanted control of his body
"Haha who do I think I am?"
"I'm you!"
Sensing Elric's anger, the figure suddenly burst into laughter
*Boom!*
Not giving Elric a chance to react, with a fist full of abyss aura the figure lunged toward Elric
"Damn! Don't talk about martial arts!"
*Bang!*
Crossing his hand against his chest, Elric was sent flying back tens of metres
*Ack!*
*Cough-cough!*
Coughing up a mouth full of blood, Elric wiped the corner of his lips
"Haha main body, are you surprised? Although this is in our mental space we can get injured"
"And I, the end product of your negative emotions shall kill you by taking over your body!"
Saying this, with a loud laugh the figure grew a pair of vampire wings and flew toward Elric.
*Bang!*
*Boom!*
*Bang!*
Soon, under the figure's frenzy of attacks, Elric who wasn't quick to react could only helplessly defend.
However, instead of the fight at hand, Elric's mind was on the figure's last words.
'The end product of his negative emotions', just hearing this had allowed Elric to vaguely guess its origin.
"If I'm not mistaken, it should be from back then!"
Thinking back to the past, Elric suddenly remembered his last moments before being engulfed by madness
Obviously, the side effects of becoming a vampire and abyss mage such as madness and blood lust must have taken apart
Adding to the huge amounts of pain he experienced in transforming his body.
Elric guessed that the huge amounts of negative emotions he experienced during that short period of time should have produced this figure in front of him
Some sort of heart demon which wants to take over his body.
Realising this, Elric's face couldn't help but turn serious
Heart demon!
Although he made a lot of precautions when going through the transformations
Such as having Ava keep a lookout, and making sure that the surrounding area was clear
However, Elric never expected the real problem to lie from within.
Thinking of this, Elric knew he had to win this battle and win it quickly
After all, as every second passed, Elric could feel his sense of the surroundings gradually reducing
Obviously, his heart demon was gradually assimilating and taking over his body.
*Bang!*
"Take this you damn heart demon, God's Javelin!"
Cursing out at the figure rushing towards him, using his arm as a spear Elric launched one of his signature moves.
Unfortunately, the heart demon as a product of Elric himself was familiar with Elric's move.
So seeing the oncoming attacks, he too responded with the same move.
"Main body give up, let me take over!"
"God's javelin!"
*Booom!*
Meeting Elric's fist, the two collided causing the surrounding space to tremble
Obviously, this battle wasn't ending anytime soon.
