Hearing Elric say this Alvin quickly looked at his palm.
However, what he saw next made his pupils dilate
Somewhat blood red scales had begun to grow on it, while it continuously emitted wisps of black gas which gave off an amount aura
*Damn when did this happen!*
Seeing this, Alvin couldn't believe it was real. Unfortunately, Elric's complex gaze made him realise it was not a joke
If fact Elric didn't blame him, rather he was also surprised when he first saw the change on Alvin's palm
Just now when they entered Hogwarts, Elric noticed that Alvin's fluctuating emotions seemed to stimulate the abyss aura within him making it appear more and more potent
However, before he could observe the change more Elric saw it converge onto Alvin's hand thus creating the current scaley-like appearance
It was especially due to this change, that Elric decided not to wait till he and Alvin got to his office, rather he sent everyone away and quickly told him the matter
Obviously, in Elric's point of view, Alvin was a ticking time bomb that could explode at any second.
Worst come to worse, Elric even Imagined that after letting Alvin know the news, the abyss infection within him would spiral out of control due to his shock from the news
Thankfully all this was Elric's speculation and not of that happened, Although Alvin was distraught by the current situation, the abyss aura within him was surprisingly calm
*Could it be that it was not affected by emotion, or is it that Alvin's current emotion is not strong enough to simulate it?*
Thinking of this, Elric couldn't help but put a chin on his finger as he tried to figure out the reason.
Unfortunately, no matter how he thought or guessed, Elric couldn't imagine why the abyss aura did not react.
Shaking his head, Elric decided to put the matter behind him.
After all, what he needed to do was deal with the current situation
Taking a look at Alvin, Elric made a difficult decision
"Alvin!" Shouted Elric
"Yes young master!"
Hearing Elric's voice, Alvin who was still going through emotions such as shock, denial, and disbelief raised his drooping head making direct eye contact with him
Seeing Alvin like this, although sad Elric knew he had to make a tough decision
Taking a deep breath he spoke
"Alvin, as you may or may not know, but all wizards whether apprentice or not, have a slight connection with me"
"As long as you successfully sense mana according to my method the connection exists"
"And through this connection, I can check your location, health state or even communicate and share mana"
Saying this, Elric paused slightly, giving Alvin a chance to digest the information.
Although Elric didn't implicitly state the existence of the small world, however many of its capabilities were told directly to Alvin
And Alvin who got this information was both shocked and confused.
Shocked by Elric's prowess, after all being able to do all those things!
Doesn't that mean that almost every wizard was under the young master's control?
Although it might not seem like much, but once the number and strength of wizards increases which Alvin is sure will, it means indirectly Eric would have an army of super strong wizards who would never betray and we're a hundred percent loyal to him
Thinking of this, Alvin looked at Elric with awe. Unknowingly the young master had secured everyone's lifeline without them knowing.
Sighing slightly, Alvin knew everyone had underestimated Elric too much.
However, while also in awe Alvin couldn't help but look towards Elric with doubt as he couldn't imagine how Elric tell him this now had anything to do with the current situation
Thankfully, Elric's next words completely solved his doubts.
"And it's because I can do those things, I think it's in everyone's best interest if you leave Hogwarts and everyone for a while"
Saying this, Elric dogged his eyes away from Alvin, given the fact that he himself felt he might have been a bit too harsh.
But for the greater good, Elric knew he had to put his foot down.
Calming down, Elric contract speaking
"After all, there's no telling when you're about to go full-on Ristarte on us, however, if you leave I can still track your progress and maybe we can both figure out a solution without hurting anyone"
"Thankfully, due to the existence of the connection I can give you all the updates on our late magic discovery, plus I can also make it possible for both Davis and George to communicate with you when you feel bored."
"So just think of it as a mission, where your goal this time is to fully explore this small plane, while we find a solution for your abyss infection"
Saying this, Elric turned to look toward Alvin trying to see his reaction.
Just now, although he said a lot of words, Elric knew that this was no different from banishing Alvin away from everyone he knew and thrusting him headfirst into the unknown.
And sure enough, just like Elric expected after Alvin heard his words the whole environment became unprecedentedly silent!
Although he had expected Elric to say something like that, but Elric actually say it Alvin couldn't help but feel stunned
Thankfully, his shocked appearance didn't last for long. Perhaps it was because of the number of emotions that ran through his mind earlier, or that his emotional tolerance had increased
But this time after a few minutes of silence, the sadness on Alvin's face seemed to have completely washed up. Now all that was left was a firm gaze as Alvin looked to have made up his mind
Making direct eye contact with Elric as if to show his determination, Alvin slowly spoke acknowledging Elric's words
"Young master, I have nothing to say."
"Since you think this is best, then I would accept this mission honourably!"
With a straight face, Alvin gave Elric a salute as he left Hogwarts without even packing up his load, to set off on his journey
Seeing this Eric didn't stop him, rather he only sighed as he looked toward Alvin's back gradually fading into their distance
"Sigh… I hope we find a cure soon"
Taking one last look at the Hogwarts exit, Elric shook his head as he made his way to his office
