Arlan and Terrence discussed more about the project. They left the club at 2:30 a.m.

After getting inside his car, Arlan claimed his daily reward.

[Congratulations! You claimed Deep Sea Mining Technology!]

Arlan furrowed his eyebrows when he saw the blueprint in his hand. He didn't know what it was so he just kept the blueprint.

"I'm sleepy." He muttered as he stepped on the gas. He drank a lot last night and if not for his superior body, he would have already collapsed. He didn't know how, but he still managed to return to his villa.

When he woke up, it was already 1 p.m. and his head felt heavy. He took a hot shower and searched for Winter. He wanted to ask her about the Deep Sea Mining Technology he claimed earlier.

He headed to his study, but she wasn't there. "Where is she?" He frowned after seeing that she wasn't inside the room. He went downstairs and asked the maids.

"Miss Winter is in the workshop outside. She seems to be assembling something."

Hearing this, Arlan immediately went out of the villa with the blueprint in his hand. The workshop was located near the garage. He could already hear some sounds from the workshop as he walked there.

When he arrived, he saw Winter constructing a machine that looked like a giant pod that has a reclined chair inside.

"What is this?" Arlan couldn't help but ask.

Winter turned her gaze towards him and replied. "This is the machine that can transport you into the Virtual World that I created, the Virtual Capsule. This is just the body. I still have to connect the Virtual Reality system to the computer installed in this capsule..."

"Is there anything I can do to help you?" Arlan felt guilty when he saw how hardworking she was.

Winter stopped what she was doing and stared at him. "I need a hundred people to help me assemble the parts of the capsules. I can do this work alone, but assembling fifty capsules will take me a long time. Give me some money for the materials and I also need a bigger workshop. If you can give me all these, I guarantee that I can make 50 capsules in a month."

"Wait. Wait. Why do we need fifty capsules?" Arlan asked her in surprise.

Winter stared at him as if he was looking at an idiot. "You have fifty soldiers and another 100 will come soon. You will need this many Virtual Capsules to accommodate the training needs of your soldiers. In fact, I plan to build a hundred Virtual Capsules since there would be more soldiers for us to train."

Arlan nodded his head. "Alright. I'll give you everything you need. Just give me a list and I'll have someone deliver them to you."

He then remembered that he came here for another matter. "By the way, can you tell me what this is?" He asked while giving her the blueprint.

Winter stared at the blueprint in silence. After ten seconds of observation, she raised her head and said. "This is a technology for Deep Sea Mining. If we can build all these machines and equipment, we can mine minerals from under the sea... There are a lot of mineral deposits hidden in the ocean floor and with this technology, we can extract these minerals and take them to the surface. However, many people are against the idea of deep-sea mining since they believed that it would damage the ocean. If you want to do this project, I suggest you keep it a secret lest you anger a bunch of environmentalists."

Looking at Arlan's pondering look, she added. "Don't underestimate the importance of these minerals. We might have some use for them in the future especially because you are working on some advanced machinery. Don't just think about the profit. Think about the impact it would bring if you make this technology possible."

Arlan was sincerely convinced by her words. The researchers of the Arms Corporation of Maharlika were still working on the Black Dragon Assault Helicopter and there might come a time that they would need more minerals so it was necessary to give them a stable supply. Furthermore, he still had more blueprints in his hands. "Fine. I'll send Jonas to buy a manufacturing company. I will also ask someone to search for talented people who can help us work on this project."

Arlan left the workshop after being enlightened by Winter. Whenever he was with her, he felt like he was a brainless idiot. "I should study these things..." He sighed in his heart.

Ring! Ring! Ring!

Arlan grabbed his phone. The call was coming from Zenny's number.

"Hello, Miss Zenny." Arlan smiled as he answered the call. No police came to investigate him after they killed Diego and his men. He believed that Zenny must have suppressed the matter.

"Mr. Roa, we need to talk. Meet me at Coffee Project Makati at 3 p.m." Zenny's voice was cold. Arlan could tell that she was suppressing her anger.

"Alright. I'll be there." He didn't know what she wanted to talk about, but he didn't reject her. Who knew what she would do if he declined her invitation?

Arlan heard a loud 'pa' on the other side. 'She must have smashed the telephone.' He thought while chuckling.

Arlan checked the time on his watch. He decided to eat a light meal first. There were still two hours before his scheduled meeting with Zenny. He still had plenty of time to prepare.

After eating his brunch (breakfast and lunch), Arlan chose a simple outfit, an oversized white shirt, and cream-colored trousers. He then sprayed some Bulgari perfume on his body and arranged his messy hair before going out of the villa. He didn't want to be too high profile this time so he chose to drive one of the armored Toyota Avalon. It was still rare on the streets, but it wasn't as dazzling as the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento.
