Inside the Heaven Room were six people. Two of them were women and the remaining four were men. These people looked really young, probably in their late teens or early twenties.

"Everyone, this is the friend that I'm talking about. I've played basketball with him and I'm sure that he is a better player than me. If this guy is willing, he could probably play in the NBA." Terrence smiled as he introduced Arlan to the group.

The people inside the room were a bit surprised when they heard him praising Arlan. They knew Terrence's personality very well. He was the kind of person who never admits being weaker than someone especially when it was about basketball.

Terrence also introduced his friends to Arlan one by one. From his introduction, Arlan learned that these people were children of rich businessmen.

With the help of Terrence, Arlan managed to fit in with the group.

"Arlan, why don't you declare for the next NBA draft? You see, Terrence was scouted by the Orlando Magic and they promised to pick him as the 17th pick in the first round of the draft. There are still two months left before the draft so you still have time to show off your talents in front of those NBA scouts." Someone suggested while looking at Arlan.

Hearing this, Arlan shook his head with a smile. "To tell you the truth, playing basketball is just a hobby of mine. I don't have plans to make it a career."

Terrence was a bit disappointed by his response. "Too bad. If you declare for the draft, I think you'll be the third pick or maybe even second." He muttered.

"Not the first pick?" Arlan stared at him in surprise. After claiming the basketball experience, he was confident in his skills. He should be comparable to the best players in the NBA.

Terrence gave him a snort. "You may be good, but the top prospect for this year is even more impressive. That guy is a 7'5 behemoth!"

Arlan revealed a look of interest upon hearing this.

"Why? Did you change your mind?" Terrence grinned.

"Nope. I'm not interested to declare for the NBA draft, but I'd like to see this person play." Arlan replied.

"Arlan, we heard from Terrence that you know how to play the piano. Can you play for us?" A young lady with short green hair and nose piercing suddenly asked.

"This... Sure, but is there a piano in this club?" Arlan didn't mind playing one song for them. These people were Terrence's friends and their families were even clients of the Montefalco Family so he didn't want to displease them for Terrence's sake.

"Of course! There is a piano downstairs! I have a gold membership card so we should be able to use it." The green-haired lady eagerly said.

With that, they went downstairs and asked the staff if they could use the piano. With the presence of a Gold Member among them, the staff of the club agreed to their request.

The music suddenly stopped and everyone who was dancing stared at the DJ questioningly.

"What's going on?"

"Why did you stop the music?"

The DJ was a professional so he immediately explained the situation. "Everyone, a gentleman will play the piano for us..."

Everyone stopped complaining when they heard the DJ's words. They turned their gazes towards where the piano was located and saw a handsome man sitting in front of it. The ladies inside the club were mesmerized when they saw his charming side profile. His sharp jawline and model-like face attracted them.

"How handsome!"

"Is he a model?"

Even Terrence and his friends were stunned by the sudden change in Arlan's temperament. He looked like a different person when he was sitting in front of the piano.

Arlan's long fingers moved as he played the first note of the song 'Party Rock'.

Most of the people in the club knew this song so they began singing along as he played with the piano.

Soon, everyone started dancing again as they cheered for Arlan.

When he hit the last note, everyone clapped their hands for him. Some of them even asked him to play one more song, but Arlan politely declined them.

"You're good, bro!" The green-haired girl stared at him with a shining gaze. She didn't expect Arlan to be so good with the piano. The others also praised Arlan as they returned to the Heaven Room.

After his amazing performance, everyone had a better impression of him. They chatted while drinking and they only stopped when it was already 1 a.m.

"Arlan, we'll go home first."

"Let's meet again, Arlan."

The group bid farewell. Only Arlan and Terrence stayed in the club.

"So what do you want to discuss with me." Terrence put on a serious expression as he looked at Arlan.

"I want to build 3000 houses. Do you know of a place where I can build this many houses?" Arlan asked before taking a puff on his expensive cigarette.

"3000 houses?! Are you planning to build a mega subdivision?" Terrence stared at him in shock. No wonder Arlan told him that this was a billion-peso project.

Arlan shook his head. "No. The houses are for my people. Can your Montefalco Family swallow this entire project?"

Terrence hesitated to answer. This project involves a lot of money and he wasn't confident enough that his family could handle it. "To tell you the truth, I'm not sure. I may have to ask for my father's opinion about this. Our family might be rich, but we can't easily take out a billion to fund this project."

"What if I give you 5 billion pesos?" Arlan said with a faint smile.

"You are willing to invest that much money?!" Terrence was dumbfounded by his words.

"Just give me your response. Money is not a problem." Arlan felt gold when he said those words.

Terrence gritted his teeth and replied. "Since you trust me that much, why should I decline?"

"Good! Hahaha!" Arlan joyfully shook hands with Terrence. He didn't want to pass this big project to someone else so he was happy that Terrence didn't reject him.
