If they had a President under their control, they wouldn't have to worry about their activities. The daily rewards he was getting from the mysterious app were becoming more and more shocking so it was necessary to have some protection from the government.

"The next Presidential election in Maharlika is still next year, but we should look for a suitable candidate now." Winter muttered in a calm voice.

Arlan nodded his head. "We will talk about this later." He then turned his gaze to Rear Admiral Fuliand and said. "Admiral, can I borrow some of your men? You see, I'm in dire need of soldiers right now."

The old Admiral was taken aback by his words. "Mr. Roa, how many soldiers do you need if I may ask?"

"Hmm... Probably a hundred for now." Arlan answered after a moment of thinking. He didn't notice Winter shaking her head behind him.

"A hundred? Alright. I'll send the best warriors among my men to support you." The old Admiral smiled as he muttered those words.

"Great! You can send them tonight to Camarines Norte. My people will come and pick them up." With this additional 100 soldiers, he now had some assurance in case Leandro decides to duke it out with him.

"Mr. Roa, I hope you can prepare accommodations for all the crew members of the ship. They might be elite soldiers, but they also need to rest from time to time." Rear Admiral Fuliand cared for the well-being of his soldiers.

Arlan stared at the old Admiral in admiration after hearing his words. "You can rest assured, Admiral. I'll have my people arrange accommodations for all of you. Just send me everyone's information so that I can prepare their documents."

The old Admiral's eyes flashed with joy. Their new boss was very easy to talk to. "Alright. I'll send their information along with the 100 soldiers."

Arlan chatted with the Admiral for another thirty minutes before he left with Winter via helicopter. He wanted to ride on the Apache assault helicopters, but he knew that it was impossible.

"You should have asked for five hundred soldiers." Winter suddenly said while maneuvering the helicopter.

Arlan raised his eyebrows when he heard her words. "Why do I have to ask for that much?"

Winter stared at him coldly and replied. "You looked down too much on Leandro. I'll dig into his information and show you why he is a dangerous man."

Arlan became silent when he heard that, but he still nodded his head.

The return journey was a lot faster. They returned to the territory in just less than an hour.

Upon their return, he immediately informed Khalon to pick up the soldiers of the old Admiral in Camarines Norte. Arlan also gave him some cash since they might have a need for it.

Khalon left the villa with ten soldiers.

After Khalon left, Arlan dialed Terrence's number and called him.

"Hey, buddy!" Terrence's loud voice echoed.

"Terrence, I have a huge project for your family. It's not appropriate to speak about it over the phone. Let's meet tonight." Arlan planned to hire the services of the Montefalco Family to build the accommodation for the Poseidon 001 crew members.

"Project? How many millions are we talking about here?" Terrence muttered jokingly.

"I don't know the exact value, but it should be in the billions." Arlan muttered after a rough calculation.

"Huh?! What did you say?!" Terrence was stunned by his words.

"Let's talk about this later. I'll hang up now."

"Wait! Actually, I have to meet some friends tonight and I can't just cancel my appointment with them. You see, they are the children of my father's clients so I have to show them some courtesy." Terrence muttered apologetically.

Arlan didn't want to make things difficult for him so he suggested. "How about this? I'll come with you guys and we'll talk about the project after your gathering. What do you think?"

"Sounds good! I'll wait for you in Manila Heaven Club at 7 p.m. Don't be late, buddy!" Terrence seemed excited for some reason.

Arlan didn't know if it was because of the project he mentioned or the fact that he would join their gathering.

Initially, he planned to give this accommodation project to Krizia, but she already had so much to deal with in Pegasus Hotel.

Ring! Ring! Ring!

Arlan answered the call when he saw who was calling.

"Hello, Mr. Roa! This is Brandee from Toyota! The Toyota Avalons you ordered to be armored are ready. I can send them to your address now."

"Haha! You work so fast, Brandee! You can send the cars to my address. I'll send the location to you later." Arlan wanted to recruit this person.

"Alright, Mr. Roa. I'll be there right away!" Brandee's joyful voice echoed over the phone.

After their short conversation, he sent his address to Brandee. He also informed Marco and Fredrinn that there would be a delivery for him coming in a while. He didn't want Brandee to be barred outside the territory since he wanted to speak with him in person.

Soon, Brandee came with a large carrier truck.

Arlan came out of the villa and invited him inside to chat.

"Thank you for inviting me inside, Mr. Roa." Brandee felt a bit nervous as he looked around the huge guest hall. There was a beautiful made pouring wine for them.

"Brandee, I admire your work ethic. How about working for me?" Arlan immediately stated his objective.

The fatty was shocked by his words. He couldn't believe that this mysterious rich boss was actually interested in hiring him. He almost couldn't believe his ears. "This... If I agree to work for you, what would you want me to do?" He asked carefully.

Arlan grinned upon hearing this. This fatty is quite a shrewd person and he didn't immediately accept his offer.

Arlan put on a thoughtful look and said. "I need someone to take care of simple matters for me. I don't want to run around and do all these things and I think you are skilled enough for this job."

Brandee was a manager in Toyota and his monthly salary was 21,000 pesos. He was still single so he didn't have a lot of expenses. However, he always dreamed of becoming an assistant to a rich big boss. "Boss, can you tell me how much my salary will be?" He asked hesitantly.

Arlan chuckled as he gave a reply. "Hmm... I haven't thought about that. How about 50,000 pesos as your starting salary?"

"50,000?! I accept! I accept!" Brandee immediately said.
