162 Strange Chemistry
“Lian Jing.” Shen Yin gave at the complaining man a serious look.
Lian Jing raised his eyebrows and looked at her, waiting for her to speak.
Shen Yin sighed. She did not know if she should say this, but she needed an answer. She lowered her eyes and said calmly, “When are we getting married?”
Married?

Lian Jing’s suddenly felt as if his heart was being roasted over a fire. He kicked his suitcase away in frustration and stared in bewilderment at the resolute woman. “Shen Yin, are you toying with me? Do you think being so fickle is fun?”

Lian Jing slammed the door and walked out of the room. If he stayed any longer, he would probably do something to hurt her again.
They went back to ignoring each other. Shen Nian ate in fear. He did not know why the two of them, who had clearly reconciled, had fallen out again.
The next day was Shen Nian’s first day of school. The father and son left early. By the time Shen Yin woke up, the two of them were long gone.
After breakfast, she went to the police station alone. Over the past two days, the narcotics team had been working non-stop until they finally found traces of a gang.

According to the law, this house belonged jointly to Hu Jin and Tan Li. After Tan Li’s death, this property was solely owned by Hu Jin.
Zou Sheng could not help but click his tongue and ask in confusion, “But he didn’t need to sell the previous house, right?”
“Tan Li’s parents paid for the previous house,” Shen Yin replied without even lifting her eyes as she read the report.
Zou Sheng looked at the records skeptically and found that Shen Yin was right. He said in shock, “Sister, you have hacking skills as well?”
“I don’t need to hack.” Shen Yin looked at him in amusement. “I just happened to guess correctly.”
Actually, it had been easy to guess the answer to this question. If Hu Jin wanted to embezzle the assets that were jointly held by him and his wife, he could not ignore the fact that Tan Li’s parents had paid for the previous property and it was under Tan Li’s name.
