The ten arrows expanded into ten thousand arrows as they pierced the slimes in the distance.
Multiple notifications barraged her screen as she leveled up to level 3. Though in reality, she had only been able to kill a few of the slimes while the rest of them were glaring at the duo.
"You made them angry," Zack commented as he summoned Chastiefol to his hand and launched forward.
The spear was made for those who wanted to keep their hands free while fighting. But there was another way to use the spear while fighting.
Zack made Chastiefol shoot forward towards the remaining slimes and it looked as though they were ready to kill him.
He suddenly shot towards the sky with the help of the spear and pointed his other hand towards the slimes.
"Dark Pulse!" The black-colored spiral beam shot out of his hand and reached the slimes.
There were a total of eleven slimes of different kinds and all of their bodies absorbed the dark pulse. A few seconds later, six of them were afflicted with a curse.
All of them received damage too as Zack sat down on the ground again and changed Chastiefol's form.
The daggers of sky then shot towards the slimes on his command.
[ What are you going to do if they manage to survive your attacks? ] Emma asked as she had her bow notched with exploding arrows in case Zack needed any help.

Since the remaining slimes were level 5, Zack's level 1 weapon attacks won't have the same effect on them. However, he would still be able to cut them using the daggers of sky.
As if on cue, hundreds of blobby slime parts fell to the ground as Zack smiled.

The ground beneath his feet started to shake as Zack used Chastiefol to rise in the air again. The slime parts on the ground started to fall in the cracks created by the earthquake as exp notifications appeared in front of Zack.
He soon leveled up to level 2 before advancing to level 3 and level 4. He gained a total of 15 points and like last time, he was going to have one of the most balanced stats.
Emma didn't let go of the opportunity too as she was able to hunt down three slimes herself and advance to level 4 herself.
To other players, Zack and Emma would seem like monsters as they managed to kill so many slimes while being low level. But this was only possible because of the skills and the weapons they had.

"Then they sure were quick to transfer all of that stuff but doesn't that require them to be within a certain distance of the guild?" The nerdy person asked again as the monk sighed.
"You ask too many questions and no offense young man, but why did you choose the librarian job class?" The old monk asked as the nerdy boy smiled.
"Because librarians are cool, especially the silent killing ones!"
