After hearing Zack's words, Jules's eyes rolled back in his head as he fell on Zack's shoulder.
The boy gently held him as they shot forward at the speed of lightning. Zack didn't waste any time in getting to Doogle mansions, knowing well that the place too would have suffered major losses.
However, he had already told everything about the earthquake to his teammates who in turn would have prepared.
Though they had very less time, Zack was sure that Lisa would have come up with a formation to surround and protect the entire place.
And that was what had happened as Zack saw the inner circle of the place completely safe while destruction had rained down on the outer half of the Doogle mansions.
Zack had expected this to happen the moment the volcanoes erupted. While holding Jules, Zack descended in front of Eva's place before waking Jules up using Hydro Pump.
"AHHH! I am sorry for being awake till late, mother!" Jules shouted as his eyes flew open. He then realized where he was and what had happened before lowering his eyes.
Zack just sent a message to Emma before asking Jules to stand in front of the door for some time.
He then took off by using Chastiefol's subform and whipped away.
'Ken should have arrived but I don't sense his aura anywhere inside or near the mansion. I hope he didn't get stuck in a storm or something.'
Dark clouds had gathered over almost every major or large city in the world and had started rumbling. They also covered the oceans, the mountains, the deserts, and everything on Earth.
If not for the gaps they left, the entire Earth would have been covered by a blanket of darkness.
Rainfall started pouring down as Zack made his way through the oceans to the other corner of the world.
Ken lived in Japan and Zack had said one of Eva's time of wind fliers to get him. They should have arrived long ago yet there was no sign of them anywhere/.
Furthermore, they weren't responding to Zack's messages either.
The black-haired boy sped up as the rain suddenly started feeling like pebbles hitting his body. Fortunately, he had a high vitality stat and faced no worries.
Instead, he sped up and made his way to Japan.
He saw many countries on the way, all going through the same thing he had seen in England.
However, only seventy-five percent of the animals went berserk while the others mutated and developed the same level of intelligence as humans.
One could even say that the beasts from Hikari had come to real life.
'Next thing I know, our world gets shifted inside Hikari.' Zack thought as he finally managed to reach Japan.
There, he used the connection between him and Ken to figure out his location. After several attempts, he finally succeeded at it and pinpointed him to be on the edge of Japan.
Floating down, Zack kept his senses on full alert as there was no knowing what he might face.
He hovered on top of Ken's location to see that he was standing in the middle of a beach full of black crabs.
The Japanese man was lying unconscious on top of a rock surrounded by two men lying below him. Zack recognized them as the part of the team that had been out to get Ken.
He then looked around and got shivers through his spine.
The rest of the members of the team were being eaten by some of the bigger crabs. In front of Zack's eyes, one man was snatched from the ground and traveled over the crabs' body in a wave.
'These things are no joke. Heck, they are the size of a German Shepherd while those four look like sixteen-year-olds who just got hit with their growth spurt.'
Even though Zack had nothing against crabs, he knew that the entire beach was enough to give anyone nightmares for quite a long time.
Zack didn't give a second thought before unleashing his blue flames down and seeing all of the crabs except the four big ones burning away.
The only reason they survived was that they dug a hole in the sand and made their way downwards. Zack didn't let them get far away as he got near the holes and released his hydro pump inside the holes.
He filled it to the brim before using a lightning bolt.
After making sure that the crabs had turned into crabs kebab, he walked up to Ken and woke him up. He did the same with the two fliers as all three of them were now awake.
"What happened…" Ken muttered while clutching his head. He had recognized Zack the moment he saw him but had no idea how he had gotten on the beach.
"You try to remember everything while I take you back," Zack replied as he rose in the air with the three men.
Since they already knew him, he didn't need to do any introductions and directly took off for the Doogle Mansions.
On the way, Ken and the two men strained hard on their minds yet they didn't remember anything. While the other two gave up, Ken continued to try.
"I remember that we were flying towards your place when everything suddenly seemed to split in half. Since we were in the air, we weren't affected that much. But the next moment, we were hit by something that I don't know."
Ken said aloud a few minutes later as Zack nodded.
They then landed in front of Eva's house as Zack looked at Ken and raised his hand for a handshake.
"You are the last member of the team." He said with a charming smile on his face as they walked inside the house.
Zack was happy that he managed to gather all of the people that he wanted while forming relationships with them, though Jules was still new and probably had his brain hurting.
'Now, the dream team is complete and Earth is slowly moving towards its ruins. I guess it's finally the time to start the battle both in the real world and Hikari.'
