Chapter 117 117. Diana Roffisier

Feeling everyone looking at him, even the usual thick-skinned Lucius, couldn't help but cough in embarrassment.

But before Lucius could say anything and apologise, a cold voice sounded out throughout the room

"Tch! You're supposed to be doing this as community service as punishment, but you still somehow managed to come late to even that. You truly do live up to your disappointing reputation"

Hearing this, Lucius couldn't just stay silent.

He was unhappy about these snide comments and remarks and turned around to speak and give this person a piece of his mind when his voice suddenly caught in his throat.

Lucius tired around and his eyes shook

What Lucius saw wasn't some grumpy middle-aged man, no, what he saw was a stunning beauty

In the middle of the group, sitting in a chair with a commanding aura,

was a beautiful white-haired woman.

Her face was nothing short of angelic, delicately crafted to the point one could have the illusion that they were in the presence of some divine goddess.

Her hair was an ethereal shade of pure, like freshly fallen snow and lay in a sleek ponytail that reached her mid back, contrasting with the ink-black ribbon that held it all together.

She wore a crisp, and white Sanctuary uniform that was tailored to perfection

But despite her appearance, her expression was anything but inviting. Her cherry red lips were pursed into a tight line and her eyes, a dazzling blue, were narrower in annoyance and disdain. The intensity of her emotions was palpable, radiating and silently judging the world with the air of authority around her

'Damn!' Thought Lucius

'She's absolutely beautiful!'

Lucius shook his head slightly, trying to shake of the daze this woman's beauty had left on him

By now, Lucius had been around many beauties. He had even slept with a lot of them.

Logically, by now, Lucius should have built up an immunity or at the very least, some resistance to beautiful women but right now Lucius's resistance was completely shattered but the woman in front of him.

She was different in that she carried around her a faintly different aura, one that was simply above all the people around her, When this was added to her heroic temperament, Lucius had to admit that it was enough to place her above any woman he had seen so far.

It's just unfortunate for Lucius that this woman didn't show the same admiration for him

In fact, what Lucius saw was pure and utter disgust.

The disgust shown by this lady was completely different from the type shown by Veronica.

If Veronica's disgust came from her deep-seated arrogance in her nobility, the disgust here was more pure.

It wasn't any arrogance but instead a deep and personal disgust for Lucius as an individual person!

Although he was a bit surprised by the blatant disgust Lucius could kind of understand it based on the woman's looks and clothing Lucius already knew who this woman was but even with this, he still couldn't help but I've his system to take a peek at her personal stats.

Name: Diana Roffisier

Age: 19

Affiliation: Roffisier family/Sanctuary

Talents: [Descendant of the Hero](Heroic)(Bloodline)

[Blessing of the Bow Hero] (Heroic)(Bloodline)

[Master Archer](Gold)

[Proliferation] (Gold)

[Mark] (Gold)

[Tracking] (purple)

[Eagle Eye] (Purple)

[Birds Eye View](purple)

Fuck!!

Lucius had to rub his eyes. He couldn't believe what he saw!!

He knew that the descendants of the hero families were ridiculous and heroines would still be deemed as monsters even amongst such a group but seeing it in person was still stupefying

He finally understood how just 5 heroic families had basically maintained a hegemony of the human race and even the entire continent.

With such stats, how were other people supposed to compete!

The famous purple grade talents that were enough to make regular people gasp in joy didn't even need to be mentioned towards her.

The Golden grade talents that could leave were not even that special for her considering she already had multiple of them.

Hell! Even the Mythical Heroic grade talents that confidently leave Someone standing at the peak of the world.

It was ridiculous!

Even if she wasn't one of the heroines, with the ridiculous talents she had, Lucius wouldn't want to be opposed to her or at least maintain a good relationship

But Lucius knew that it was near impossible for Diana to ever like him for one simple reason, she was the head of the disciplinary committee!

Despite being a second year, her overwhelming strength and talent had allowed her to claim the role usually reserved for the third years, becoming the head of the student disciplinary committee in Sanctuary

So For someone in charge of the disciplinary committee, the presence of Lucius could only be described as a scourge!

According to the rumours around this guy was a philanderer constantly surrounded by women.

To make matters worse, he had got into a wildly publicised fight with his senior, causing massive amounts of disruption and showing what could be viewed as his blatant disregard and disrespect for his seniors.

With such a horrible record, how could such a strict and disciplined person like Diana like Lucius?

Whilst Lucius was wrapped in thought, he suddenly heard a voice

"What are you waiting around for?"

"Huh?"

Before Lucius could respond, Diana started speaking again

"Even someone as horrible as you still deserve a chance to redeem yourself. All students of Sanctuary can be rehabilitated."

"Eerr…. Yeah..." replied Lucius awkwardly

In response to Diana's harsh words, Lucius's mouth twitched.

Although Diana still had a rather harsh and unfavourable opinion, Lucius was just fortunate that she was extremely dedicated to her job as the leader of the disciplinary committee. As a result, she vehemently believed that each Sanctuary student deserved the chance to and had the ability to change themselves.

Lucius just smiled awkwardly and looked for a seat, but when this happened, Lucius realised another problem.
