Li also realized that Feng Wu was going to sit in their carriage, so she nodded and helped Feng Wu put the pancakes in the carriage.
Feng Wu looked curiously at the three carriages.
From their conversation, she could tell that they were all ordinary farmers. Having a cow was already supposed to be a big deal, but the Gao family had three carriages.
Seeing that Feng Wu was perplexed, Li explained to her with a smile. “My husband found them.”

Gao Mingkun looked at Feng Wu and found the little beggar familiar. He narrowed his eyes. “Have we met before?”

Li immediately said, “Mingkun, you must be mistaken. Miss Feng has been sick in the cave this whole time. I don’t think you’ve ever met her..”
