The team was shocked to learn that the man's skill was so great that he could even predict the mob's shape, and they quickly followed behind him. Still grinning, Raydon also trailed behind the group.

After a while of walking, they came to a hill and, sure enough, there, they saw a large brown worm devouring a small patch of grass.

It was possible to see that the sides of this worm were covered in bony spines. Additionally, layers of frightening-looking teeth filled its mouth. The onlookers' first thought was that anything that fell into this mouth would shatter into pieces as if it had been put through a grinder.

"Okay, who wants to kill this? " The man asked as he turned to face the group.

''Aren't we going to kill it as a team? '' The blonde girl looked confused.

''Uncle doesn't have to join us. He may be strong, but it is better to keep his strength against the risk of encountering the opposing team, so he should not participate. It's only one mob, and we can take care of it. '' While adjusting his glasses with his hand, the young man spoke.

''So let's go kill it right away. I will tank it. ''Another young man began to approach the worm after raising his small shield.

The one with glasses followed the youth with the shield, long staff in hand, and the blond girl joined them by pulling a bow from her dimensional storage.

As they approached the worm, ready for battle, the middle-aged man frowned and looked at Raydon, who was still standing beside him. But his frown quickly turned into a gentle smile as he inquired.

''Won't you join them as well? It doesn't matter if you're low-level; at the very least, you'll gain combat experience. '' The man appeared to be an ordinary uncle concerned about Raydon's well-being.

''There's no need. For the time being, I'll simply observe. By observing, I can gain combat experience as well.'' Raydon said this while folding his arms across his chest.

''You are correct; observation is the best way to learn teamwork.'' The man, too, smiled and clasped his hands behind his back, watching the trio, who had already begun fighting the worm.

''Step back, I'll block.'' The young man with the shield raised it and dashed forward, using it to deflect the worm's blows.

''Ice Arrow. ''' The young man with the glasses immediately applied his skill, and the ice arrow shot from his staff pierced the worm's body.

''Spinning Snake Arrow '' The blonde girl took advantage of the situation as well, firing an arrow that swirled like a snake while flying through the air. The arrow pierced through the worm's body, but despite being stopped by the impact, it wriggled and kept going deeper.

''Knock Back. '' When the shielded youth saw the worm's body being pulled back in pain, he wasted no time in disrupting the balance of the worm's retreat and causing it to fall on its back.

''Now is the time to attack, use all of your skills. '' With the shouting of the tank, everyone used all of their skills to attack the worm.

Recognizing that the worm's HP was nearly depleted, the shield guy decided to land the finishing blow with one last skill.

''Bash Strike. '' He raised his sword and quickly lowered it to sever the worm's head. But at that moment, he felt intense pain and coldness in his back.

''Where are you aiming, you idiot? '' The blonde girl yelled and ran to help the shield guy, but before she could, he turned into light and vanished, leaving two items behind.

''What did you do? Why did you kill your teammate? '' The blonde girl yelled angrily as she turned the bow in her hand to the bespectacled youth.

''It wasn't on purpose. I was only aiming at the worm. I swear to the Item God. I don't even know how it happened. '' While staring at the blonde girl in confusion, the young man with the glasses dropped his staff and said. His voice and demeanor made it obvious that he had made the mistake unintentionally.

''Liar, how can you be so clumsy? '' The blonde girl was about to shoot her arrow when she heard a booming sound.

*BANG*

When the girl heard the sound, she turned around to see the worm lying lifeless with a huge hole in its body. The middle-aged man stood next to the worm, his walking stick pointing at it.

''Don't blame him. He's telling the truth. I saw that he didn't do it on purpose. '' With a sad expression on his face, the man said.

''I told you, I didn't do it on purpose. I'm also sure I was aiming right... Just. '' He continued while squeezing his head with both hands. ''What is causing this severe headache and ringing in my ears? I feel so uncomfortable. ''

The words of the man in the suit calmed the blonde girl, and she lowered her bow. She spoke while softly tapping her ear. ''It has been going on ever since we started the match. It's getting on my nerves as well. Is it related to this region? ''

''I'm sure it is. Since we are in a canyon, the air pressure must be extremely high and affecting us. '' The man said calmly as he took the shield man's fallen items and handed them to the blonde girl.

Seeing the blonde girl's perplexed expression, he explained. ''You get these items as compensation because you were the one fighting the mob and the other young man made a big mistake and killed his teammate. ''

They both agreed on the man's words. Everything seemed pretty fair. Raydon remained silent as well while smilingly observing everything that was happening.

''Well, accidents like this occur frequently. Whatever the case, let's continue. '' They were back on their way after the man quickly disassembled the worm's body and gave it to the blonde girl as well.
