After finishing the assignment of collecting the crystal shards, Raydon continued along the corridor in the direction that he had been heading.

In the meantime, there were two more stages that needed to be completed, and time was running out, so he was running forward at full speed when he suddenly stopped when he heard a voice that was familiar to him.

After a period of time during which he was only hearing the noises, Raydon eventually noticed the crystal balls and remarked, "Nice, more experience points are rolling in."

Knowing that his Rusty Chain skill and his black flames were highly effective against the seemingly solid bodies of these monsters, Raydon dispatched these crystal golems quickly using the same method.

'It's likely that these monsters wouldn't perish so easily if they were E-Rank. 'As he gathered the broken pieces from the floor, Raydon reflected.

It would appear that these monsters were designed from the ground up with a focus on their defensive capabilities, as evidenced by the fact that they have exceptionally high defenses for an F-Rank enemy.

As he progressed further into the maze, he continued to consciously head in the same directions from which the crystal golems had attacked him. It was the only thing in this labyrinth that indicated or pointed in the direction that should be followed.

"Damn, It shouldn't have ended so soon."

Raydon had been walking through a series of narrow corridors for the past half an hour when he finally emerged from one of the corridors and into a large chamber that was very different from the corridors he had been walking in.

There appeared to be no way in or out of this chamber aside from the corridor he had come from, and in the very center of it, on a white crystal platform, was a chest made of crystal that was bluer and brighter in color than any crystal he had seen before.

This chest's discovery by Raydon signaled the end of the stage. Actually, he was relieved to have completed that stage because there were two more stages after this one, and he had already spent almost forty minutes on this one. However, the unfortunate thing was that during those forty minutes, he had killed more than two hundred crystal golems, and he wasn't sure if he would be able to face that many monsters in other stages.

As he got closer to this area, the number of crystal golems began to increase, and they began attacking more frequently as well. Eventually, Raydon was able to take out a significant number of them.

''Anyway, if I want to level up, I'll have to fight off a lot more monsters than this in later stages. '' Raydon sighed and approached the chest.

This time, he proceeded directly to the chest and opened the lid because having completed the first stage, he was aware that there was no other danger.

''This looks fancy. '' When he saw what was inside the chest, he spoke while raising his brows. It was a bright, diamond with a bone-like shape.

''Let me guess… This is a body enchantment, right?'' Raydon chuckled, confirming his prediction with the system message that appeared as soon as he picked up the diamond bone.

[Diamond Form]

-Grade: Green

-Quality: N/A

-Skill: Body Enchantment

The bones and muscles of a person develop a gem quality, toughening up to the level of diamonds, and gaining 100% more power and endurance.

''Isn't this very good? '' He exclaimed with surprise.

Even though it was only green grade, it was fantastic that this body enchantment feature doubled the user's strength and stamina.

In order to significantly improve their overall stats, body enchantments were essential for item holders.

The enhancement in the user's strength and stamina brought about by the gem quality in their bones and muscles did not involve a doubling of their total number of stat points but rather a doubling of the impact of their stats. It was actually the same as having twice the strength and stamina of their core body, and this was before taking into account any additional stat points that they had acquired through leveling up.

The fact that Raydon's core body strength and stamina were also factors that affected his stats, however, meant that the doubling effect would also make each point of Raydon's strength and stamina stats twice as effective as they had been before.

This indicated that even though the amount of his strength and stamina stats would remain the same and not increase, Raydon's overall strength and stamina would be significantly boosted, which would result in great strength prowess as well as stamina.

The fact that Raydon currently possesses only one strength stat means that this enhancement won't have much of an impact on him, but due to the fact that his stamina stat is quite high, he will receive the benefit of having at least twice as much durability on his body as he did before.

For item holders, body enchantments were crucial because of this. The stats of item holders are strengthened by body enchantments, which also increase the potency of their stat-based skills.

He mumbled, "Even though my defense is already quite high, it wouldn't hurt to increase it even further. However, I would rather use a blue-grade body enchantment."

The only blue-grade body enchantment he's ever used was Emberheart, which was absorbed by Ashen Heart and downgraded to green-grade after use.

''I wish I had at least 1 blue grade item. '' He said dejectedly.

A cane that he discovered during one of his previous matches was the only blue-grade item that he owned in addition to the blue-grade materials, and the cane did not have a skill that was suitable for Raydon either.

''Anyway, I suppose what I currently have isn't too bad. Additionally, I can choose my next item set in accordance with whether I can unlock another stat after leveling up. '' Raydon murmured as he stared at the stone door emerging from the ground in front of him.
