Chapter 99 - A True Prodigy
While Naruto was becoming Gamabunta's drinking buddy, Yuna was standing inside the Hokage office. She had just returned from her bandit extermination mission and handed her report to Hiruzen.
Hiruzen, meanwhile, was leisurely reading the report while smoking his pipe.
'Yuna came back here rather quick. I expected her to take more time. Shouldn't border patrol missions take longer? Wait, wasn't it bandit extermination this time? It is not like there is much of a difference when Yuna does them, so I am not sure. Now that I think about it, why did I allow her to take a C-rank mission on her own?… Oh well, she came back safely, so it's fine.
Let's see how the mission went. Mhh, I see. A few dozen bandits spread over three camps. A bunch of small fry missing-nin from the bingo book. Saved a few imprisoned women. Oh? One of them was an Uzumaki, huh. Oh well, she can just join Konoha like the rest. A scroll for an A-rank jutsu?! Good stuff! One of Kumo's missing-nin was carrying it around, huh? Too bad, that's Konoha's now. I wonder if the Raikage will want that back? Well, it won't be free, that's for sure.
All in all, a pretty standard report from Yuna. I guess she doesn't want to overexert herself before the finals.'
"Alright, I have confirmed your report you may leave."
"Thanks, but I actually have a question. What happened to Kabuto? Did you capture him?"
Hiruzen could only shake his head.
"Unfortunately, he managed to detect the seal and cut off his foot. Was there a reason why you put it on his ankle? If you put it on his chest or head, he wouldn't have had that option."
"That might be the case, but it is much easier to detect the seal when it is placed somewhere where a lot of chakra flows. That makes the ankle the perfect place to put it since there is rarely any chakra flow there. That being said…"
Yuna rummaged through her bag and took out a small piece of paper with an arrow drawn on it. She injected some chakra into it causing a small chakra pulse to radiate out of it and handed it to Hiruzen.
"Here is a backup tracker. I put a different seal on his body but creating the tracker for that took a bit longer. This one won't be found that easy, and even if it is found it is on his neck, so he can't exactly cut it off. The disadvantage is, that you need to be within a radius of one kilometer for the tracking seal to react, so good luck searching. You should have told me earlier that he has slipped away. I could have given you the tracker much earlier."
Hiruzen has long given up understanding where Yuna could get all these ridiculous seals from, so he only nodded his head in understanding and accepted the seal.
"If there isn't anything else, I am leaving now."
Hiruzen absentmindedly shooed her away while still looking at the small piece of paper in his hand in astonishment.
'The last one was already ridiculous, but this one is even more incomprehensible. With the one she created during the first test, I could at least understand that it used seals, this one however seems to be only a normal piece of paper with an arrow drawn on it…Whatever, let's call the ANBU and see if they can find Kabuto.'
A few minutes after leaving the Hokage building, Yuna returned home.
"I'm home."

As soon as she entered the living room, she was greeted by four people. Hinata and Anko were sitting on a couch, while Ino and Haku were sitting on a couch facing the first one. There was a table between the two couches that had tea and snacks on it.
Without a moment of hesitation, Yuna sat down between Hinata and Anko and got a kiss on her cheeks from the two. Yuna could see Ino's and Haku's eyebrow twitch for a moment at the display of affection, but neither of them said anything.
"It has been a while, Ino. I hope you have been well."
"Yeah, I…"
The five people kept chatting idly with each other when the front door was suddenly slammed open. Yuna, naturally, noticed Naruto's presence but wasn't sure why he would slam the door open like that. She could also feel that the control of his chakra seems to be a little messy as well.
Moments later, Naruto opened the door to the living room and as soon as Yuna saw him, she understood the situation.
'Is he drunk? How did that happen?'
Naruto, meanwhile, shakily scanned the room and as soon as he saw Yuna, a goofy smile appeared on his face. He approached her with unsure steps and then hugged her.
"Hehe, nee-san, I love you~"
"Yes, yes, Naruto, I love you as well. Could you tell me why you are drunk?"
Naruto seemed to think really hard about something and then nodded his head.
"There was this giant toad and he said we should drink together. Oh! There was a pervert as well. Anyway, we were at the hot springs and then a toad slapped away my teacher and then the pervert was attacked by women…Anyway, I drank together with this giant toad and we became friends. Oh, and I became friends with that little toad as well."
Yuna nodded her head in understanding.
'Yup, I got nothing.'
"That sounds really amazing, Naruto. How about you sit down and drink a glass of water. You must be thirsty."
Naruto thought about that for a while and then nodded his head. Without a moment of hesitation, he sat down between Ino and Hako. He looked around and noticed that Ino was here as well. Another bright smile appeared on his face.
"Ino-chan. It has been a while. I am happy to see you again."
Before Ino could answer, Naruto hugged her and nuzzled against her neck, causing a weird scream to escape Ino's mouth.
"N-N-Naruto, wh…"
"You smell so nice, Ino-chan~"
A crimson red blushed appeared on Ino's face as she was too flustered to say anything. Yuna noticed that while Ino was clearly happy about being this close to Naruto, Haku seems to be a little annoyed by the situation.
"Naruto, Haku is also sitting next to you, haven't you missed her as well?"
Yuna could see Haku panic a little, but before she could run away, Naruto had her in the same position as Ino previously.
"Hehe, Haku-chan, your skin is really soft~"
Haku reacted similarly to Ino previously. Her face was crimson red, while she was completely incapable of saying anything. This time it was Ino turns to pout in annoyance which almost caused Yuna to laugh out loud.
She glanced at Anko and could see that she had an amused smirk on her face as well, even Hinata seemed to be amused by the situation before her.
Yuna moved her hands and hugged the waists of Anko and Hinata beside her, which caused both of them to lean into Yuna.
"Hehe, look, Naruto, we are both surrounded by two women. How about you try hugging them like this? It feels really comfortable."
Ino and Haku both panicked when they heard Yuna's suggestion, but before they could run away from Naruto, he had already grabbed their waists and was pushing them towards himself.
"Haha, nee-san you are right, this feels really nice~"
Yuna noticed with some amusement that instead of being angry with Naruto, Ino's and Haku's glares were constantly switching from each other to Yuna and back to each other.
'As expected of my little brother. Seducing two women at the same time is no easy feat. A true prodigy.'
