Chapter 371 Sheol’s First Guest

Bekka had no idea where to stash Garmr after she'd begged the family pets not to eat him.

She ended up taking him to the roof of the castle; where Eris had a large and lavish garden that she doted on endlessly.

Coincidentally, this was also where Bagheera and Entei stayed; or at least this was where they were supposed to.

Entei would often be freed from his abode by Mira so that he could sleep in her bed, and Gabbrielle would harbor Bagheera like a criminal.

Their parents pretended not to know anything about it, but they had discreetly seen their children trying to sneak the family pets back up to the rooftop in the morning time on more than one occasion.

They wanted to be upset, but really when their children were so cute and loving, how could they bring themselves to be?

As Bekka starred at the large furry creature lying down underneath her, it finally began to stir.

Since Garmr spent all of it's time in the deep dark underworld of Helheim, it was largely unprepared for the much brighter and warmer Sheol.

It's eyes slowly but surely got adjusted to it's surroundings, and it stood up on all four feet.

When it could finally see again, it found a woman standing in front of it with her arms folded.

Her single eye was a deep and dark black that was reminiscent of it's fur.

It could feel that this creature was still weaker than he, so he let out a low and threatening growl to establish dominance early on.

"Grrr...."

"Oh? Cute."

Bekka did not move from her spot and did not seem to be intimidated by the beast's growling in the slightest.

Her single eye started to glow with a violet light, and the marking within her pants did the same.

For some reason, Garmr no longer felt as safe as before, and tilted his head to one side in confusion.

"Awro?" (Why the hell is your pussy glowing?)

Ignoring him, Bekka smiled thoughtfully as if she had just had a profound realization.

"I see now... No wonder I wanted to keep you alive..."

She stepped closer and closer to the dog, and her marking began to glow brighter and brighter.

"Your power... I long for it."

"Awro?" (The fuck does that mean?)

Bekka parted her plump lips as wide as she possibly could and a sound like air being sucked in could be heard.

Garmr finally started to feel like something was wrong and tried to back away, only to realize something terrible.

All of it's power that he was so proud of was now leaving him.

A dark purple energy reminiscent of a fog began to waft off of his body.

All of that energy began to float off of it's being directly into the waiting mouth of Bekka.

Greedily, Bekka swallowed every bit of the beast's essence that it could produce.

Garmr noticed that more of his power was leaving him at every second, and desperation finally set in.

Lunging out, it tried to bite and claw at Bekka's skin, only to realize that he was unable to even pierce it anymore.

After three minutes, Bekka closed her mouth and rubbed her chiseled abs like she'd just stuffed herself silly at dinner again.

"Whew... don't know what that was, but it was nice..." She muttered.

Out of instinct, she clenched her fists a few times and smiled proudly.

It seemed like she had finally figured out what her demonic marking did, although she still had quite a few questions of her own.

What exactly was the trigger for her to devour the strength of another entity?

Did they have to be a dog? (She hoped not.)

How badly did she have to long for the power to take it? (She already desperately wanted to catchup to her husband and the other wives' level of strength.)

How much stronger should they be than her?

Was there a limit to the amount of times she could do this?

Whose turn was it to cook dinner tonight?

Bekka had ADHD so her mind often jumped from one random place to another.

As she contemplated all of these very important topics, she suddenly heard the sound of whimpering coming from underneath her.

Looking down, she found a small black furry dog that was no bigger than a loaf of bread.

It was consistently nibbling at her feet like it was trying to attack her.

"Arf!" (You busty whore! Give me my power back and free me from this mortifying form!)

"Stop."

Though Garmr was ferocious and belligerent a few seconds ago; as soon as he heard Bekka's authoritative voice that all came to a swift end.

It immediately removed her toe from it's mouth and backed away slowly with both of it's ears lowered and it's tail tucked between it's little legs.

Bekka picked up the small dog by the scruff of it's neck and brought it to eye level.

"You're actually kind of cute… my eldest daughter likes cute things as well, you know?"

Garmr didn't know which was scarier; this woman in front of him or the frightening demon man who he ran into in the first place.

It was a very close competition where either one of them could have ended up winning due to a split decision.

Satisfied with her present for her daughter, Bekka cradled the small animal in her arms and prepared to run back into the house when she felt a small jolt run down her spine.

She stopped dead in her tracks and waited to understand that strange feeling, when the entirety of her surroundings became encased in the most crystal clear ice imaginable.

Immediately, the link between the wives and their husband became abuzz with chatter.

Lailah: 'My love…I know that you like cold weather but this is…'

Abaddon: 'This was just a small accident I assure you. It seems like these powers will be significantly more difficult to control than I thought.'

Right in front of Bekka, the icy world surrounding her began to melt at a rapid rate.

Within a single moment the ice melted away as if it were never there in the first place.

Lillian: 'Y-You didn't have to take all of it you know..? Some snow is always nice.'

Tatiana: 'Agreed!'

A few more seconds passed and a light snowfall began to float down gently across all of Sheol, and the weather became a much more comfortable level of cold.

Lillian: 'Thank you!'

Abaddon's laugh played in their head and all of the girls felt their hearts speed up a tiny bit.

'I'm not sure if I'll have enough control to be able to stop it anytime soon, so you all be sure to get your fill.'

Bekka: 'How much longer will you be training? I want to do something with you!'

'By something, do you mean drinking hot chocolate and then taking a nap afterwards?'

Bekka: 'D-Don't guess, you'll spoil the surprise!'

Audrina: 'Ah! Can I join? I started lactating today so we can use the milk however we like~'

Though it wasn't an audible sound, the girls could swear that they heard the sound of their husband's will crumbling like a cookie.

'…Give me a few more hours and I'll be there. '

The Wives : 'Don't keep us waiting!'

After the connection went dark, Bekka felt something wiggle in her arm and she remembered the small dog that she wanted to give to Thea.

Gradually, she lifted him up so that the two of them were eye level.

"I forgot to tell them about you since I was so excited…. What do you think breast milk tastes like by the way?"

"Awro?" (What the fuck kind of question is that?)

-

In a barren stretch of wilderness in Sheol, Abaddon clenched his fist as fire seemed to burn within his eyes.

"My daughter… we have to make sufficient progress today in the limited amount of time that we have."

"…?"

Gabbrielle did not understand why her father suddenly seemed so motivated about the lesson, but she figured that it was something gross.

Looking at her mothers who had both found their way glued to Abaddon once again, she waited for a proper explanation.

"Your father is just… very motivated to get back home." Eris explained shyly.

Valerie did not say anything and instead chose to nod her head silently in response.

"Right then…"

Gabbrielle sprouted a pair of white wings from her back and floated upwards until she sat atop her father's shoulders.

"I know that father is motivated right now, but you have to b77e patient. Right now all you can do with Aether is channel the power of one specific element, and even then you do not have proper control over it.

It will take you quite a few years before you can learn to use its combined power to create unparalleled phenomena. The possibilities are quite literally endless, father.

Spoken law, life force manipulation, primordial force manipulation, Aether embodiment, the list goes on and on.

I don't want you to get your hopes up too high and be disappointed when you don't reach your desired timeframe. For now… just learn. Everything else will fall into place when it may."

Abaddon smiled as he stared down at the snow-covered ground in front of him.

Truth be told, he wasn't always a very patient man when it came to the things that he wanted in his life, but atleast for right now it felt like he had to be.

His hands were truly tied and there was no way to change that at present.

All he could do was work to free himself a little bit more every day that went by.

"You've always been such a thoughtful girl, Gabbrielle. I promise I will take your words to heart." He said sincerely.

Gabbrielle hugged the back of her father's neck and gave him a small kiss on the cheek.

"Let us keep working. But for the sake of our people I don't believe that we should continue this training above ground."

"Right...let's go down a bit then."

Abaddon and the three girls vanished from the woodland area they were standing in and reappeared in what was formerly Helheim.

They floated just above the waters of Nastrond and Gabbrielle was able to get a good look at the domain.

When she saw the human souls who were still dwelling here, she raised a small brow.

"You have not expelled the souls of the lost?"

"I saw no need." He admitted. "They are already dead and harmless with nowhere to go. Besides, this is a place of punishment for them. No reason to let them off early, is there?"

"I suppose not, but if we're going to keep them here then we should close the gates. While gods and mortals are not free to intrude upon your domain, there are still-"

No sooner had Gabbrielle brought up this dilemma did the four of them feel a new and unknown presence entering the space.

It was old, malefic, and very very dark.

"We're too late. Something's snuck in." Gabbrielle said darkly.
