After their experiments, the Creation Masters realized that the dead spirits’ attacks could cause devastating damage to living creatures. Moreover, traditional healing methods could not stem the death aura’s infection of the body’s muscles and tissue.
The Creation Masters informed the Moon Empress of their discovery, and she instructed them to begin researching solutions before she relayed the discovery to Lin Yuan.
It had become a matter of utmost importance to develop feys that could effectively heal death aura.
Lin Yuan had come to test out the Dead Decay Earthworms. Once they were determined to be actually useful, Lin Yuan would immediately send the army of Hundred Questions Beasts to stop their research into feys that could consume death aura and divert their efforts to researching healing-type feys instead.
The Dead Spirits Wells would not stop spewing dead spirits. Lin Yuan needed to find a way to heal the Radiance Federation’s troops. Otherwise, as the death aura continued to contaminate their bodies, the size of the Radiance Federation’s army would only shrink!
“Apart from the healing situation, have you discovered anything else? You can tell me anything you think is important. As long as it affects the safety of the Radiance Federation’s troops, I will address it immediately! We can try our best to find ways to tackle issues that don’t seem to have a solution! Zuo Ming had done well by assigning the intelligence team to collate and organize all the problems. When the problems were recorded, it would be easier for the humans to gain a detailed understanding of the dead spirits crisis.
The earlier they discovered the problems, the sooner they could solve them and ensure the safety of the Radiance Federation’s troops. This would minimize the damage done by the dead spirits.
However, one day’s worth of observation was not enough to gain a comprehensive view of all the issues of the dead spirits crisis.
There would be more types of dead spirits emerging.

Zuo Ming could not stop his cheeks from spreading with delight. Lin Yuan was really here to provide them with whatever they needed!

Once the first Silver fey storage box was delivered to the battleground, its contents were poured out.
Zuo Ming had asked Lin Yuan and confirmed that the Corpse-Consuming Vines would not harm the Dead Decay Earthworms. This set his worries at ease. If the Corpse-Consuming Vines would also attack the Dead Decay Earthworms, the Dead Decay Earthworms would not have the time to consume the dead spirit corpses before they were gobbled up by the Corpse-Consuming Vines!

These Dead Decay Earthworms had only just been born from being cut from other Dead Decay Earthworms. Thus, they could not even be considered feys.
When the Dead Decay Earthworms made contact with the dead spirit corpses, they immediately sprung into action and chomped on the dead spirit corpses while they crawled around.
Although it was difficult for the Dead Decay Earthworms to make headway in the ocean of dead spirits at first, once they absorbed some death aura and slowly grew stronger, they were eventually able to use their sharp teeth to break apart the dead spirits’ bodies and move through the sea of dead spirits.
The Dead Decay Earthworms were not picky. Any part of the dead spirits’ body that contained death aura would become part of their meal.
When the Dead Decay Earthworms were sent into the battleground, Lin Yuan instructed Zuo Ming to send out the order for the Radiance Federation’s troops to cut the Dead Decay Earthworms once they grew longer than 15 centimeters so they could produce even more of the Dead Decay Earthworms!

With the Dead Decay Earthworms consuming the death aura from the dead spirits crisis, no more death aura was released from the Dead Decay Earthworms into the air.
Lin Yuan waited and watched the Dead Spirits Wells for an entire day.
Eventually, he concluded that the Dead Decay Earthworms would be able to fully handle the task of clearing the dead spirit corpses and suppressing the death aura.

As the Corpse-Consuming Vines killed and consumed the dead spirits, they produced fruits that were full of seeds. All the Radiance Federation’s troops needed to do was pluck these fruits and gather them before drying them. When the dried fruits were crushed, they would be able to attain a large amount of seeds.
At that moment, Lin Yuan could finally relax.
After a day of observation, Lin Yuan noticed many urgent problems that needed to be solved.
One of these issues was the healing. Another important issue was the increase of the Radiance Federation’s troops’ power.
