Sweet Vanquish was not afraid of Lin Yuan knowing much about the subterranean world but that he was operating under the wrong impression. What would he do if Lin Yuan did not trust him even after he had given the truth?
Sweet Vanquish said gingerly, “Lord Lin Yuan, I can swear on my source totem and my family’s 3,674 generations that every word I say is the truth! If what I say and the information you have been given end up clashing, I hope you will believe me instead of the person who had previously informed you of the marsh world’s happenings!”
Lin Yuan nodded, and Sweet Vanquish relaxed.

Sweet Vanquish intended to answer Lin Yuan’s question before launching into his description of the subterranean world.
“Lord, the Samsara Realm Dictators do usually remain in the Earth Ancestral Palace, but my situation is slightly special. I would also like to remain in the Earth Ancestral Palace, but it can’t take me in!
“The Earth Ancestral Palace is currently led by three pinnacle Samsara Realm Dictators named Hollow Earth, Rock Underworld, and Mountain Furrow. The other five Samsara Realm Dictators in the Earth Ancestral Palace do not actually have equal standing with the other three. They are actually attendants in the palace.
“I used to be Hollow Earth’s attendant. Each time my power grew, he would force me to offer source-type power to suppress the increment of my power. I couldn’t take his bullying anymore and fled from the Earth Ancestral Palace.
“A thousand or so years have passed since I fled from Earth Ancestral Palace! I don’t have any information on what has happened in the Earth Ancestral Palace during this time. There are a few other Samsara Realm Dictators like me who aren’t part of the Earth Ancestral Palace. Like me, they don’t want to lose the opportunity to increase their power.
“After roaming the four major mine districts for all these years, I have nurtured a group of my own subordinates. It will be difficult for Hollow Earth, Rock Underworld, and Mountain Furrow to catch us even if they wanted to. Moreover, even if they try to take us on with force, the three of them will very likely end up injured as well.
“Although all three of them are the decision-makers in the Earth Ancestral Palace, they are actually always locked in intense competition with each other. With myself included, I know of a total of four Samsara Realm Dictators who are free agents. All four of us reside in the same mine district and set up a casual group. We will share information with each other periodically.

If Hollow Earth was willing to share the resources after killing Sweet Vanquish, Mountain Furrow and Rock Underworld would definitely be willing to help him.
The other three group members were still waiting for Sweet Vanquish to play his part and help out.

Previously, those from the same dimensional worlds competed against each other. But now, Dictators from different dimensional worlds gathered and competed against each other. The only goal of their competition was to gain as much of Lin Yuan’s recognition as possible.

He had managed to receive a reward for such a trivial accomplishment. This meant that this humanoid lifeform in front of him, who was about to take control of his life, had a very generous nature.
Given that he had tossed a treasure with such significant benefits so casually, it meant that he had to possess copious amounts of this resource.
Sweet Vanquish knew that he would receive even more in the future if he continued to perform.
If he was able to absorb such pure earth-elemental energy for a prolonged period, it was only an eventuality that his power would increase.
Sweet Vanquish’s greatest dream was to become even stronger than Hollow Earth.
Then, he would break Hollow Earth’s knees and press his head down to use him as a light. He would make him kneel for 50 years straight.

Despite no longer being part of the Earth Ancestral Palace, we still don’t have complete freedom.
“However, I am sure that the Earth Ancestral Palace is hiding something. While I was still serving as Hollow Earth’s attendant, I once heard him mention something called the Ten Thousand River Rock Willow.”
