Previously, only Frozen Ocean and Ink Ocean possessed comparable power, allowing them to collaborate or devise plans to undermine each other and escape.

Ink Ocean and Frozen Ocean saw Vine Source as the best nutrient supplement and had intended to use the source-type power in Vine Source’s body to recover from their injuries.
