But most of the Dictators and Apostles in the marsh world dared not get close to them, and they stayed far away.
After dimensional lifeforms became Dictators, they would never choose to become loyal to a stronger Dictator unless they had needs.
This was different from Apostles, who all hoped to become loyal to Dictators in order to find a source of support.
The Apostles preferred Turning Wheel Realm and regular Dictators over Samsara Realm Dictators as there was a greater risk of becoming canon fodder by being around Samsara Realm Dictators.
It took a month for Wen Yu to organize the marsh world.
She also instructed Mountain Ridge Source to pour a large amount of wastewater from the marsh world into the marsh dimensional rift.
At first, the Freedom Federation thought that the marsh world’s silence was because they were preparing something big. But as time dragged on, they inevitably started to slacken.
Wen Yu intended to make the people from the Freedom Federation antsy again so they would not cause trouble during the Azure Federation’s time of crisis.
Hence, Wen Yu had remained by the dimensional rift.
Before informing Lin Yuan, Wen Yu had already arrived at Klein Hub’s entrance.
Once she met Lin Yuan, they both went into a nearby structure where they chose a room and began the Astronomical Parliament parliamentary meeting.

“Bu Po has not even picked his fey yet, but Ling Mo has already evolved a tiger-species fey to Gold/Legend. If we don’t step in to help Bu Po now, he’s going to lose. But I’m also afraid that he won’t win even if we help him.”
Being in the Spirit Mother Federation, Bu Po was almost a world away from Lin Yuan and Wen Yu.
The help they could offer from so far away was limited. There was no way that Wen Yu and Lin Yuan would be able to help Bu Po as much as Ling Mo’s two families could help him.

It was also vital to evolve the quality of tiger-species feys.
Before the evolution of each grade, tiger-species feys needed to be in the best condition so they would have the opportunity to evolve into Fantasy Breed and transform their bloodlines. They also needed to be fed spirit fluids that aided in the transformation of their bloodlines.
It would be understandable if Ling Mo had achieved this in two weeks. But given that it had only taken him two to three days, there was no way that Ling Mo had concocted all of the spirit fluids on his own.
Ling Mo’s two families had to be involved in his cheating.
It was likely that the Spirit Mother wanted to keep a lid on these two Sky Mother families because they were getting so powerful that they were encroaching on his authority. Thus, the Spirit Mother had no choice but to find a suitable reason to take them down a few notches.
