While Liu Jie was instructing the Poison-Consuming Water Lice, he was also controlling the Spike Poison Grain Flies.
When the Spike Poison Grain Flies absorbed the poison from the sea and turned into larvae, they would continue consuming the poison as they moved upwards until they hatched.
