In the Ronda Civic that was following behind the bus.
Butler Frank looked at Janine who had a downhearted expression in the mirror.
He looked over at Housekeeper Stella and as if they had come into an agreement, she turned around to face Janine.
"Why do you have such a long face?"
Janine just sighed in response. The thought of Roland accompanying Stacey right now made her down a little.
"Nothing, mom!"
Inside the villa, she must call and address them properly according to their status. However, they were now outside so she was free to call them mom or dad.
"We know you, Janine," Housekeeper Stella's strict voice resounded in her ears.
As if thinking of a possible reason, Housekeeper Stella looked at her with an inquisitive look, "Are you feeling down because you weren't able to drive for Master Roland?"
Janine only replied with a pout. It was apparent to Stella and Frank that that was one of the reasons for the current mood.
Janine was never the type that could hide her feelings to them. If she was happy, she would show it, if she was sad, she would show it.
Both Stella and Frank knew that Janine's feelings towards Roland had already grown past a normal master-servant stage.
If Roland was single, they would surely not oppose it. But Roland already has Stacey. They would absolutely not allow their child to get hurt because of this one sided love that was growing on her heart, especially with the status of the two which was that of a master and a servant.
"Janine, we already talked about this, right? Even if Mistress Stacey somehow allows it, not to mention us, even Master Roland's family would surely not allow the two of you to be together. Look at what happened to us. We kept on moving cities after cities just to avoid the pursuit of my father. Do you want to live like us?"
Hearing that, Janine sighed even more.
Her parents have been open to her regarding their situation. At how they kept moving cities after cities without settling down.
According to them, they made a great sin.
Her mother was of a noble lineage, but has fallen in love with her father, who was only a lowly servant of her mother's family.
And since her mother's family was against their relationship, they decided to move away and live on their own. Her mother's family was said to have been extremely mad against their decision, as they vowed to capture and imprison the two of them for the rest of their life.
Ever since then, the hot pursuit began and it was only when Janine was born that the pursuit had slowed down a little.
Of course, their tragic fate earned the sympathy of Janine. If she could, she would surely not let such a thing happen to her. However, the feelings called love were unpredictable.
Who would have thought that she would experience the same prelude to the story that her mother and father had told her before?
The only thing that differed was that she and Roland were not in a relationship yet, and it was only her who had feelings for the other. However, even with that, a lot of people were already against the idea of them being together.
Janine could only think that fate must be playing with her for some reason.
"I know mom. It's not that I have a chance anyway…" A heavy sighed escaped her mouth as she continued to stare at lights outside of the Ronda Civic's window.
Butler Frank's driving skills were not as great as Roland and Janine. The route he had chosen was also not an optimal route. Janine knew that they would probably get stuck in traffic this way. However, she does not plan on telling that to her father as he continues to stare outside the window.

The restaurant that they rented was only a simple one. It was also located in the commercial district but unlike the others, it was placed at the edge, so only a handful of customers would come here.
He thought that with this little gesture, he could at least help the struggling people a little and help some of them stray away from illegal things.
And this was only the start. Roland planned to do the same thing if he started another business in the future.
A while later, Roland and Stacey pulled up with the Budi R8 Coupe, garnering the attention of the people around them.
The parking lot of the restaurant was just located in front of it, which was very convenient.
Roland went out first before opening the door for Stacey.
The slick looking Budi R8 Coupe alone already attracted attention. When Roland alighted the coupe, the crowd could not help but be mesmerized by his appearance that was coincidentally shined upon by the restaurant's light.
They already knew that Roland, their manager- Stacey's boyfriend was very handsome, but his appearance was enhanced even more now that he was wearing a formal suit.
The Budi R8 Coupe and Roland being together was like a painting.
When Stacey alighted the car, the painting was completed even more.
They could not help but think that the two of them were truly a match made in heaven.
With Stacey's hand hooked around Roland's arm, the two of them approached the mesmerized employees.
The employees greeted them with a red cheek. This kind of reaction was actually normal if a person was pretty or handsome enough. It was the same reaction when a normal person saw a celebrity for the first time.
As it was a little cold outside, and noticing that Butler Frank and others had not arrived yet, he planned to wait for them inside instead.
However, just when they were about to enter the venue, a waiter suddenly blocked their way with an apologetic expression,"Sir, I am sorry to inform you but the whole place has been booked for the entire night."
Roland simply replied, "Oh actually, we are the one who booked this place."
The waiter wryly smiled in response, "Sir, I am tasked not to let anyone enter the venue unless the person themselves showed that they are the one who booked the venue or if you have an invitation. Sir, if you can not show me any proof I can only apologize for this."
"Well, that's a problem." Roland commented.
This was a rushed gathering so there was no time for them to make any kind of invitation card. And it was Butler Frank who booked the entire venue so technically, it was only him who has the right to enter the venue now.
But the problem was that Butler Frank was still not here yet.
