Roland tilted his head as he looked at Amy.

"Sorry for what?" He asked curiously.

Amy sighed and answered, "For everything. In that restaurant. The table was actually not reserved and I just deliberately made it harder for you guys…"

Her expression turned even gloomier, as if she regretted a bad thing she had done before.

Roland looked and observed her expression. He could tell the regret in her eyes as she said those words.

"Why did you do it?" Roland asked curiously.

Amy blushed for a moment before she answered truthfully, "I don't know. It was just a spur of a moment, maybe I got jealous that someone was accompanying you?"

She turned away, as if afraid that Roland might notice the pinkish glow on her cheek.

However, how could it escape Roland's eyes? Roland was pretty observant to begin with. Now that he was already level 3, his observation became even more pronounced.

Of course, as usual. He ignored and pretended that he didn't notice anything.

"And why did you decide to apologize now?" This was something that he was very curious about as well.

It was rare to see someone apologizing for their wrongs. Especially in this materialistic world, it was hard to admit that you were wrong.

Amy pouted and released yet another sigh as she explained, "During this past week, as I was hunting for a job. I just realized a lot of things, that's all. I realized how shitty my previous attitude was. I realized how valuable some things are that I just wasted before."

"The saying that you can only see the real value of some things when you already lost them hit me quite hard. Well, in short, I realized my mistakes and I'm willing to change my ways and be a better person from now on."

Roland nodded his head hearing her reason. It was an acceptable one, no, it was a very acceptable and a valuable one.

"It's enough that you realized and are willing to change your wrong," Roland said with a smile.

"Anyways, I heard that that restaurant was abolished. Where are you working now?" He asked.

Amy nodded her head. Perhaps, because she had already let out some of her misgivings, her expressions were no longer as heavy and gloomy as before.

"The restaurant was indeed abolished a few hours after you and your girlfriend left. Now, I don't have a job yet. I kept on searching these past week but I just could not find any. Yesterday, I was interviewed for a job but I ended up not getting accepted," she said, feeling depressed about the rejection.

At the samgyupsal restaurant, she was only referred to there by one of the workers so she doesn't need to apply at all.

It was only when she tried to apply with herself that she realized how hard it was to find a new job.

She even decided to be absent on the first day of class just to attend the interview. In the end, she was still not accepted by them.

"Is that the reason why you were absent yesterday?" Roland asked.

She nodded her head with a pout as she stated again, "Roland, I'm truly sorry for what I've done that day. Please tell your girlfriend about my apologies too, please."

"Alright, no worries. Just don't do it again in the future when you get a new job." He said.

She nodded her head and said, "Thank you!"

"Oh right, about your co-workers, are they also still searching for a job like you?" Roland asked with a bit of probing.

He felt a little pity for them so he thought that he should give them a chance to apply in the Sparkling Buds' next batch of recruitment.

Hearing him mention her co-workers, anger flashed in Amy's eyes as she grumbled, "No. They already have work. They found one the next day after the restaurant was abolished."

"All of them stuck together but left me behind. I only heard that they already have a new job a few days ago. And it was apparent that they didn't want to share it with me…"

Amy continued to grumble as Roland listened as he nodded on certain instances.

From Amy's story, not only did the restaurant's abolishment not affect them, it even made them move into a new establishment with better pay. And for some reason, they excluded Amy from it, leaving Amy to search and apply for a new job on her own.

Amy also stated that those guys were actually the ones who taught her about giving preferential treatments to those customers who they liked. She said that she blamed at least half of her bad attitude towards them. Saying that they were a bad influence.

On the other hand, hearing the full story, Roland's feeling of guilt towards them vanished without a trace. It seems that his guild was unwarranted and that they didn't need it at all.

So out of Stacey's punishment, only Amy was affected the most.

Roland didn't know why her previous co-workers excluded her from their new job, but Roland thought that it should be because they learned that it was Amy who caused the restaurant's eventual destruction.

Anyways, Roland thought that Amy deserved her punishment and he was not willing to get her out of this punishment willingly. This has nothing to do with him anymore.

At this moment, Roland looked at his watch and realized that there was only a minute left.

He looked around and realized that most of their classmates had already arrived.

Well, except for Anna, Bryan and their band of friends.

And speaking of them, Roland suddenly saw at the corner of his eyes that a few people has entered the classroom altogether.

Other than Bryan and Anna, who else could it be?

However, a split second later. Roland actually found another familiar figure among their group.
