Far from the high tension that Feng Tianhua's family was facing at that moment, Feng Tianyi and Tang Moyu arrived home with their twins past midnight. Tang Moyu tucked her twins on their separate beds in their room after gently changing them into their sleepwears with Feng Tianyi's help.
She watched from the corner of her eyes how Feng Tianyi gently wiped Little Star's face clean, trying his best not to wake their daughter up. When Little Star stirred from her sleep, Feng Tianyi patiently stopped and continued gently until he was done.
The corner of her lips curled into a slight smile seeing the scene before her. She would have never thought that Feng Tianyi, the person who was known as the 'devil', had a gentle streak in him when it came to his children. The once feared devil was no match in front of his children.
Once done, the two quietly stepped out of the twins' bedroom, intending to go to theirs, but Tang Moyu decided to stop by the study across the master bedroom to check the messages Cheng Ning had left for her.
"Moyu, it's already late. Work can wait." Feng Tianyi appeared behind her seat, helping her pluck out the hair pins on her hair, allowing it to flow freely down her back.
Tang Moyu hummed and sent a quick reply before turning off the laptop in front of her. She then allowed her husband to pull her up from her seat as Feng Tianyi switched with her. She ended up seated on his l.a.p with her back pressed against his c.h.e.s.t, his lips ghosting over the smoothness of her shoulder.
"Wife, are you satisfied with my performance earlier?" He asked.
How could he waste the chance to rectify his earlier mistake with Liu Ruoyan? By now, that woman and the Liu family would dare not cause any trouble with Tang Moyu in the future. It was also a clear warning to everyone that Tang Moyu wasn't someone they could afford to offend because he would deal with them himself.
Tang Moyu would be lying if she said that she wasn't moved by her husband''s efforts to protect her earlier. Not only did he go along with her, but he also proudly announced her as his wife to the whole world.
"My hubby's performance was really spectacular." She nodded at him in agreement. After all, she was a person who gives credit when it's due.
Feng Tianyi's eyes darkened, his lips stopped its trail on her b.a.r.e shoulder. With a devilish smirk on his lips, he leaned forward, intending to tease his lovely wife. He didn't miss how men ogled at his wife earlier, when he hadn't made the announcement yet. He hated how their lecherous eyes tried to feast on his woman.
"Then do you agree that this dirty man…" His grin widened when he noticed the slight flush on her face. "...your good hubby, deserves some reward?" He whispered in her ear.
The empress gasped as she felt his hardness pressing against her b.u.t.t.o.c.k.s. There was no need to guess what her husband wanted from her now, as she had purposely deprived him of intimacy because she kept getting annoyed whenever she thought about his meeting with Liu Ruoyan before her birthday.
"Tianyi…" Her voice came out almost breathless. She felt his hands c.a.r.e.s.sing her waist.
Feng Tianyi hadn't started and yet she could feel herself craving for his touch. As she looked at him, Tang Moyu thought that his facial features were so perfect, no wonder so many women went crazy because of him.
Feng Tianyi was pleased to know that he wasn't the only one eager to start. The Tang Moyu that was in his arms right now was a little different from the empress who would easily get fl.u.s.tered from being touched or kissed by him. The awkwardness and uncertainty she sported before were nowhere to be found, only leaving a vixen who knew how to drive him insane.
"What is it?" He asked in return, knowing that this would frustrate her further.
"Not here. Let's move to the bedroom." Tang Moyu knew she couldn't stop him by now. The s.e.x.u.a.l tension between them was so high, it was impossible to ignore the need they have for each other.
"Why not here? No one says we should keep it in the bedroom." The grin that spread on Feng Tianyi's lips promised her a long night with him. His fingers gently pulling the zipper of her dress at her back. He undressed her slowly, like he was unwrapping a christmas present solely for his eyes.
Tang Moyu's eyes widened. They had never made love outside of their bedroom before, in fear of the twins would find them in such an awkward situation. So why was he asking her to do it here, in their study?
When Tang Moyu stood up and her evening dress dropped below her feet, Feng Tianyi admired her body, which was only covered by a flimsy thong, her c.h.e.s.t b.a.r.e for his eyes to see. Under the faint light, the delicate tips of her b.r.e.a.s.ts stand erect as though they were enticing someone's attention. Lifting his gaze, he saw her bright eyes looking at him with anticipation in the darkness.
"If I'd known what you were wearing this, the whole time beneath that dress, we might have skipped the banquet earlier." He commented before pulling her back on his l.a.p, touching her in places only he was allowed to see and possess, while his lips devoured hers as if he couldn't get enough of her.
He kissed her lips into numbness before releasing her.
"Do you think they clearly got my warning earlier?" Feng Tianyi asked his blushing wife.
"Hmm? If they use their brain, it's not so hard to understand what you were implying." The empress said in return, but her half-lidded eyes told him that she was getting impatient with him. She held onto his shoulders and grind herself over his erection. "You talk too much."
Feng Tianyi smirked. "Do forgive me."
