245 Get Your Own Mommy! 1
The two little buns were dressed in their school uniforms with Tang Feiyu's hair neatly brushed upwards while Tang Feixiu's hair was pinned in a twin ponytail. Little Star wanted to bring her favorite rabbit doll with her to school, but her Daddy Ji reminded her that it wasn't allowed to bring toys inside their new school, which made her pout throughout their car ride.
She held onto her Daddy Ji's free hand as they walked slowly towards the entrance of the school. Meanwhile, her twin brother held their Mommy's hand, his cute face neutral as if he didn't care about going to school with her.
Xiao Bao was calm while his twin sister was worried about meeting their new classmates. When they reached the entrance of the compound where the kindergarten was, they found several children already crying for their mommies.
The teachers and school staff had a hard time to placate them on their first day. Seeing how pathetic looking the other children were, Xiao Bao wrinkled his nose in disgust.
"Why are they crying? There's nothing to cry about." He told his mommy.
Tang Moyu hummed and looked at the other kids her son was talking about.
"They probably didn't want to be parted with their mommies," she said. But in her mind, the other logical reason was the other kids were just trying to copy the crying one, hoping to convince their parents not to leave them behind.
"But Mommy and Daddy will be back to pick us up, right?" Little Star finally understood why she was nervous to come inside. She didn't want to be left alone with only her Yu Gege amongst these children who she knew nothing about.
"En. Just enjoy your day and try to make new friends. Your Uncle Yan and I will pick you up later. Didn't we make a lot of food today for your packed lunch? You may share it to other kids if you want to. Just don't forget to behave and not start any trouble, okay?" Feng Tianyi reminded the little buns, especially Baobao, who was assigned to look after his younger twin while he and Tang Moyu weren't around.
"Aiya, look at these two children. They are really calm." One of the teacher's aides came rushing towards them and gestured to the twins to come inside. "See how obedient they are to their Mommy and Daddy? You should be like them." She told the other children who were still refusing to be left behind by their parents.
Everyone looked towards the little buns's direction and saw how pretty their Mommy was. Their daddy was handsome too but he looked so scary.
"Noo!!!" Little Star suddenly cried out and wrapped her small arms around Tang Moyu's leg. "She's my mommy! Get your own Mommy!" She glared towards the boy who wanted to snatch her mommy from her and her Yu Gege. She also wouldn't allow any man to get close to their Mommy, except for their Daddy Ji!
Even Xiao Bao shot the other boy an angry look by daring to ask his father to take their mommy away.
Feng Tianyi scowled the moment he heard what the snotty boy said. He immediately stepped forward and draped an arm over the empress's shoulder, staking a claim on her.
What? Even a snotty boy wanted a piece of his wifey? No way! He wouldn't share Moyu with anyone other than her little buns!
"Don't worry, Little Star. No one's taking Mommy away from us." He told the pouting girl next to them.
The father of that snotty child laughed awkwardly in response.
"Your wife is indeed beautiful, Sir. You're very lucky."
Feng Tianyi seemed pleased by the praise, his face glowed with a wide grin. "Indeed, I am."
Xiao Bao huffed and shook his head. Even though they had a Daddy, some kids still dared to want to take their mommy? No way! He and Little Star had worked so hard for the past months to set their mommy up with their daddy Ji. It would go to waste if they didn't end up marrying each other!
The school staff then lead the children inside, allowing them to give their parents a kiss and a hug before going inside.
Tang Moyu leaned forward and gave her little buns a kiss on both cheeks and patted their head lovingly.
"Try making friends, okay? But don't force yourself if you don't want to." She then turned her gaze to her son. "Baobao, you're the eldest, so you need to look after your sister. If you need help, ask your teachers politely."
Xiao Bao and Little Star agreed, giving their Mommy and Daddy Ji a kiss before going inside. Going to school with Mommy and Daddy was the best! They wouldn't have to be envious of the other kids for not having a daddy!
Tang Moyu waved a hand and remained standing where her little buns had left her. She followed their figures until she couldn't see them anymore.
"I thought they were going to throw a tantrum. I'm glad they didn't cry." Feng Tianyi commented beside her.
Tang Moyu scoffed and rolled her eyes as they made their way back to her car. Her twins weren't like that. Anyway, that reminded her…
"Who's your wife? Claiming something like that? Aren't you afraid people would misunderstand?" She asked.
Feng Tianyi only laughed. She was his wifey. Whether she liked it or not.
