Just as I had left my room, there was, of course, someone that was waiting for me outside.
A girl whose murderous intent was leaking.
'What is she doing?'
I knew Diana was someone that was not right in the head, but that didn't mean she would just attack and threaten people out of nowhere.
Well, maybe it did.
As I got closer to her, I saw her face turning to me.
Her clothes were nothing but a fresh, simple dress that was devoid of any complicated engravings or flashy ornaments.
Pretty good choice for a girl that had the fairy class since it would amplify the innocent aura she should have been spreading.
But, it was not doing what it was supposed to.
Because the aura she was spreading was not something innocent but rather dark and suffocating, even going to the extent of affecting me.
Know that, just as I had explained before, I am fairly familiar with such pressures. Therefore, it is not that easy to make me feel the threat.
But, now that I am in front of her, my intuition is really tingling, not because the one in danger is me, but because it is someone important to my plans.

As I reached her, she said with a smile.
Though those eyes were not smiling at all.
"Shall we go together?"
She added with an expression that looked like she would not take no as the answer.
'My little sister, you are getting cheekier and cheekier.'
Though I just smiled at her antics.
There was a reason why she was a crazy villain, after all, so I knew from the beginning she was someone like this.
"It will be my pleasure."
I answered with a smile as I extended my hand, which she took without saying anything else.
Just like that, we started moving without talking at all, though I could see her watching every bit of my movements and reactions on the way.
'Looking for the girl in my mind, huh? What a tricky girl.'
"Kurgh-"
Of course, those that were unfortunate enough to counter this girl in the morning felt suffocated since there were a fairly large amount of students that were trying to reach the hall.
'After all, the main character always enters last.'
I thought in my head as we reached the hall.
At this point, the suffocating aura she had spreading reached its peak since she was trying to test me.
"Heut-!"
"Huk!"
As we entered, the surroundings were already quiet.
'They must have already sensed it.'
I thought since those who were able to enter this academy should have good basic skills.
"Who is this?"
"It is her, that girl with plants."
"Her? That crazy girl?"
"Yes."
Of course, the first one that got the attention was the source of this aura, Diana.
By watcher extras that only had the role of commenting in such cases were doing their job properly, as their sounds were entering my senses.
"That bitch. She smashed my beautiful face with her vines."
"She smashed your face? I saw her vines piercing a guy's butthole."
"What? She did such a thing, and the academy allowed it?"
"Yes, believe me. I would also not have believed it if I didn't see it with my own eyes."
"What the heck? This girl is really crazy, then."
"Believe me, she is. She didn't even hesitate."
Though as I heard what others were saying about her, my attention was naturally drawn to the girl beside me.
'That explains all these hateful glares that she was getting.'
I thought.
But, of course, at some point, the gazes were slowly turned towards me.

"The Scorch Demon."
"What? That is cringe….."
"I know. But this is what they are calling him."
"The rank one student, right? I heard he burned every other participant, girls and boys. He even burned those surrendered."
"Wow, that is crazy. Does he like burning people alive or something?"
"He is kinda hot, though."
"Heh, that he is."
"I wonder what his type is."

"It was a joke."
"It didn't seem so."

Just as the surroundings students mumbled amongst themselves, suddenly, they felt something chilly.
Something dangerous.
Turning their faces to the source of danger they felt, a pair of icy blue eyes welcomed them.
Icy blue eyes that were threatening enough to choke them.
"Hick! Scary."
As they felt the murderous intent, those who were talking shut their mouth and just watched the two walking side by side.
However, even if it looked like they didn't pay any attention to the crowd, Callius was scanning it with his mana sense, trying to find the familiar traces, which he found in the end.
He saw both Lirienne and Aliya, but of course, he didn't even move a muscle on his face, not showing Diana any type of sign.
Because Diana was watching Callius with a serious face.
But, at some point, both of them reached the front rows.
'Here you are.'
It was a girl with blonde hair that was sitting beside another girl with red hair.
'You bitch Saintess.'
Even if he didn't like using bad words, for Alicia, he had never hidden his tongue.
However, he instantly turned his attention to the boy that was on the different side of the seat row.
'And here is the main character.'
As he looked over the boy, the boy also turned his attention to the newcomers.
Arthur, who had engaged in a conversation with the girl that was sitting beside him, also naturally felt the intent that was being spread from Diana.
Turning his head, his blue eyes met with the red eyes that were looking at him, trying to see into his mind.
'This guy is here? What?'
'Wasn't he supposed to not attend this academy? How is he here?'
Even if he wasn't a player that played the game for RPG elements, he still remembered major plot points to some extent, making him surprised.
As his face showed a reaction that was of a surprise, Callius, who had been observing him, got his first clue.
'Got you.'
As he passed beside Arthur, Callius, whose hand was filled with a low amount of lightning particles, was itching to play a trick on Arthur though he contained himself.
'This is not the time.'
Since he felt the presence of someone very strong appearing on the stage as he sat down in his seat.
"Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed faculty members, distinguished guests, and most importantly, our brilliant students. Welcome to the Ark, officially. It is your headmaster, Maximus Riftwind."
As a man that was famous all around the world suddenly appeared in front of their eyes, the students started clapping hard.
"WOHOHOOOOO!"
With screams of cheers filling the hall.
