CHAPTER 94
There were no words to describe the unfortunate position she currently found herself in, watching Liu Xueyi as he walked in on them like a devil making its grand entrance.
It looked more like a loving couple having fun while in the kitchen.
Liu Xueyi's distant eyes remained glued on them, waiting for them to break apart but nothing of that sort happened, it felt like the world around them had gone still.
Instead, they stared back at him with shock filling their eyes.
Seeing as no one refused to make the first move, Liu Xueyi's eyes silently lowered to what kept them joined and noticed Gu Jun's firm hands on her waist, causing her gown to ride up a bit, exposing more of her beautiful thighs and a frown settled on his lips.
The second she saw his eyes darkened like a dark mist in the cloud, she stilled for a second and tried her best to think.
Quickly, Andromeda pulled away from Gu Jun, taking this moment when he was occupied to break free from his hold.
She adjusted her clothes properly and cast a warning glare at Gu Jun.
Rather than feel the heated gaze which aimed at his back and shudder, a proud smirk formed on Gu Jun's face as he reached for her shoulder and pulled her even closer to him, placing his hand on her shoulder.
Liu Xueyi calmly took a deep breath, forcing a smile at them while his hands balled into a tight fist by his side.
"Andromeda?" He arched a brow at her, waiting for some explanation.
"Umm, Xueyi this is…"
"I'm her boyfriend."

Both Liu Xueyi and Andromeda's eyes fell wide open as they stared at Gu Jun in shock.
She wasted no time smacking him hard on his head and pulled away from him, keeping a relatively great distance between herself and him.
Quickly, she turned off the gas cooker before facing the two gentlemen standing before her.
All the while Liu Xueyi did not say anything and waited patiently.
He did not know what he was doing there either. All he knew was that no matter what he wanted to hear her side of the story and know whether or not chasing after her was worth it.
"Okay. That went awkward for a minute, thanks to a certain someone." Her icy look did not escape Gu Jun who just chuckled it off and placed his hand in his pocket, leaning back to rest on the counter as he stared at Liu Xueyi.
"This is Gu Jun, my childhood friend."
"Best friend," Gu Jun corrected her sharply, causing her to blush faintly.
"Best friend."
"Hmm." Liu Xueyi did not wish to comment on those words and waited for her to continue. However, rather than Andromeda speaking, it was Gu Jun who took the stage next.
"And he is?"
"This is Liu Xueyi, my boss."
'My boss! Is that all I am to her?!' Liu Xueyi hollered in his mind.
He could not help but feel jealous that he was considered just that while Gu Jun was considered more.
"That is great. Nice to finally meet your boss," Gu Jun said. His smile was sarcastic yet his eyes held a glint of humour in them.
Without being told, he knew how Liu Xueyi must be feeling being a guy and all, especially when you thought your relationship meant more but what joy was there if he did not taunt him further?
"I am Gu Jun."
"Yeah. Liu Xueyi, her boss." He averted his gaze from Gu Jun over to Andromeda, hinting so much at the word she used to describe him.
Perhaps he was hoping to guilt-trip her but she chose the best way to avoid those glares he was fond of shooting when he was not pleased.
Hell yes, Liu Xueyi was tempted to go over to her and kiss her in front of Gu Jun and see how she would react but he did not want to push things further and get her in an awkward position.
"Umm, food is rea~" she announced and then her eyes caught sight of Gu Jun's unfinished work.
She pressed her lips together before glancing at him. He gave off the sorry vibe but Andromeda knew better. There was nothing sorry in that wicked mischievous smile of his.
"In a few minutes," she completed her statement, wearing a smile. "Now you two, please excuse me in my kitchen while I finish the task."
"But I want to help," Gu Jun protested.
"Me too," Liu Xueyi chipped in. He was sceptical about leaving her with Gu Jun… all alone.
Besides, his cooking skills were equally as great if not better than hers.
"Don't tell me you're literally chasing me away because your boss is here, huh darling?"
Andromeda couldn't help but facepalm at his words, she had no idea what to do with him at this point. He was hell-bent on making things difficult for her.
"Don't tell me you are also chasing me out because you are shy in front of your best friend," Liu Xueyi added and walked in, closing the gap between them.
"Huh?" Gu Jun got stunned for a few seconds and he too decided to try something else. "You seemed to be fine when it was just the two of us in the kitchen a while back."
"And you seemed to be fine when we were alone together here before. I recall the sweet moans that fell off your lips that day."
He came to a stop just in front of her, looking down at the flustered woman with his devilish cold eyes. "Don't tell me you have forgotten about it so soon?"
Andromeda gulped, lifting her eyes to meet him while she pressed her lips together.
She knew he was doing this because Gu Jun kept tormenting him with their relationship. However, daring and teasing Liu Xueyi wasn't one her brain could handle.
The next thing she knew, he hooked his finger underneath her chin, lifting her face up properly to stare at him, while his face inched closer to hers.
"Shall I help you remember, Andy?"
