CHAPTER 62
Andromeda spent the morning there and later when Liu Xueyi was done tending to some important things, he came back to chat with her and take her around his house.
It was at this stage that she understood he lived alone and would only have a maid come in to clean up and leave.
He loved his privacy so much but for Mrs Chou this was the first time she had seen him bring someone into that particular house ever since the time of his last relationship which was more like ages ago to everyone.
Of course, in all their tour, he gave her one of his tennis shorts to put on to cover up properly before the clothes he ordered for her arrived.
Once they came, Andromeda was dazed by his fashion sense and his keen sense of picking out her exact size but most importantly, the prices on the clothes were enough to make her eyes budge out.
"Xueyi, this is too much. Who spends this much on an outfit?"
"Is that the thank you, I get?"
She swallowed and changed her expression quickly. "Umm, what I meant to say was, you are so benevolent and kind. How could I ever begin to repay you for this?"
"Good that you have a sense of justice. Let's add one more favour to the list."

Her brows irked at his response. "Seriously, is there no limit to your shamelessness, Liu Xueyi? Forget I said anything. I would accept this without question."
He chuckled at her eagerness to change her mouth about things when it came to owing him favours. "You are naughty," he commented subconsciously.
"Hmm, I am not the one always trying to steal a kiss from a girl every now and then."
"What?"
She lifted her head to look at him but was surprised to see him standing right in front of her. "Huh, you are not invincible, please step aside."
"Why? Scared I would kiss you?"
Rather than countering him, she smiled and tilted her head to the side. "I am not scared of that Liu Xueyi because I know you would not be able to do so. So," she brought her head back. "Why not let us carry on, with our tour?"
"You look down on me too much. It would be my joy to prove you wrong." He did not give her time to fight back his words when he brought both hands to her face as did what she thought he would never do.
With his resolve stronger than before, Liu Xueyi pressed his lips to hers, taking her bottom lip between his as he pushed for a kiss, claiming what was his.
Their lips met and locked in an unforgettable kiss.
Time seemed to stand still for Andromeda who did not think he would go through with it but regardless, he continued.
Everything had happened so fast that her eyes remained opened though his was closed.
At first, Liu Xueyi was shocked by his own actions. He finally let his need take over and now he was kissing her but her lips remained sealed.
And since he had already gone this far, he wished to go all in and make it memorable.
Wanting to prove to her he meant what he did, he bit down lightly on her lower lip, making her gasp, creating the entrance he sought as his tongue slid in.
Feeling his warm tongue press on hers, Andromeda closed her eyes as she melted into his kiss. His kiss was warm, yet passionate but not demanding or fierce.
He was gentle as though he was holding a porcelain doll.
She returned his kiss briefly but he broke it with a smile. He had to stop, or else he would have let himself go.
Ever since he kissed her that night, he never thought he would feel this way again. He felt good, yet so tender at the same time.
She held his gaze, both of them not speaking while they stared into each other's eyes.
"I told you," he breathed out. "I will prove you wrong."
"I…"
"Shhh…" She bit down on her lower lip, watching him through her sexy eyes. "Stop biting on your lips. It's tempting," he said in a whisper.
However, she could not give in to his words as she felt nervous from having his eyes darken and stare into hers.
His hand on her face dropped. One went down to wrap around her waist while the other held her chin, pulling on it a bit to free her lips. "Defiant. Don't make me punish you."
His eyes swirled and he winked at her. "It would not do you good to make me punish you." His gaze dropped back to her lips. "Take a look at what you did to this soft lip." He brought his eyes back up and smirked at her.
"I like it, though. Makes me want to claim them even more."
He leaned in again, but before their lips touched, she bought her hand up and blocked his kiss.
"Huh, I need to take my bath and change." She took a step back but when she noticed his grip around her waits tightened, her eyes darkened at him.
"Now, do not be naughty, and let me go, Liu Xueyi. You have proved your point enough. Fear not, I won't be daring you today."
"Why?"
"You won."
He released his hand and lifted up in surrender. "Fine. I would give you your privacy." His eyes moved from her face down her body and he shook his head.
"Be quick. I want to take you out for lunch. I am not interested in cooking today."
"Alright."
As much as she wanted her afternoon to herself, she did not argue as she felt she owed him for yesterday night and quietly went to the restroom.
However, when she was taking her bath, she thought about it carefully. She had failed to ask him how he knew she was there when he was busy with the movie launch of his latest film.
Letting out a deep sigh, Andromeda brushed it to the back of her mind. 'Speaking about it would only give him the opportunity to be troublesome. I should let it go for now before he tries to kiss me again.'
She recalled the feeling of his lips on hers and she smiled at her thought. 'He isn't a bad kisser. No, he is good.'
