"But… I did it out of fun. I am no actress, sir.," Andromeda stated, trying her best to run from this.
"Nonsense. That was remarkable, really. I have a proposal for you, Miss..."
"Andromeda, Andromeda Kia," she supplied, still trying to wrap her head around the unexpected turn of events.
"Miss Kai," Director Qi repeated with a nod of approval. "I'd like to offer you a chance to step in and take on the role of the third female lead, at least until Yu Weilan recovers. You don't need to be a professional actress. Just give it a try. If you find it too challenging, we'll find another replacement. But I have a feeling you can handle it."
Andromeda's mind whirled with the enormity of the proposal. Acting in a movie, even temporarily, was a thrilling opportunity, but she couldn't shake her doubts.
Fashion was her calling and perhaps if that was what he was offering her, she would do it, be it as a model and sort but this.
"I appreciate the offer, Director Qi, but I've never acted in a film before," she emphasized. "I'm not sure if I can do it justice."
Director Qi Fuyi smiled warmly at her; his charisma evident in his every gesture.
"Miss Andromeda, sometimes the best actors are those who haven't been trained. You have a natural talent, and I believe you can bring something unique to this role. Plus, you have the support of our lead actor here." He gestured towards Liu Xueyi.
As much as Liu Xueyi did not want her life to get too worked up with her acting life, he wasn't one to let natural talent die.
Once he was approached in regards to Andromeda's acting and he denied it. However, after giving the proposal deep thought, he decided he would speak to her about it.
That was his plan for the new year for her. A chance to rise in all sectors. A change to have the world know her name.

Coming closer, Liu Xueyi wrapped his right hand around her shoulders, silently stating his stance and ensuring Director Qi knew he shouldn't mess with his girlfriend.
"Also, she will need a manager. I will have my manager act as hers in the meantime."
"Sure. I will speak with him on that."
With that, Director Qi left the duo and began making the necessary arrangements.
"Congratulations love. It looks to me like you and I will get to see so much of each other while being busy," Liu Xueyi uttered from her side.
"So long as I get to be with you, it is worth it."
As they made arrangements for Andromeda's involvement in the film, Director Qi assured her that they would adjust her screen time while Yu Weilan recovered.
