Andromeda leaned closer to Liu Xueyi, laying her head against his chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat beneath her cheek.

The Dubai Fountain's coordinated water dance captivated them as it flowed to the rhythm of classical music.
The bright souks of Old Dubai were a sensory overload.
They strolled through the Gold Souk's bustling kiosks, the Spice Souk's air laden with the aroma of spices, and the Textile Souk's vibrant colours of fabrics and ceramics.
Andromeda could not help but try on a traditional abaya and the gorgeous black cloak used by Emirati women. Liu Xueyi was awestruck with how easily her body and beauty blended with the new attire.
He took out his camera, capturing the moment. "Want to try more?" he asked after taking some shots of Andromeda.
Eagerly, the young lady went ahead to try out different outfits, getting each one on camera till she picked the ones she loved—in this case was almost all as per Liu Xueyi's request.
On another day, they decided on a desert safari as one of their most exhilarating adventures. In a 4x4, they sped past golden sand dunes, yelling with joy as the vehicle traversed the undulating terrain.
As the sun set, they arrived at a desert camp for a delicious feast under a canopy of stars, accompanied by live music and stunning belly dance displays.
But it was not just the spectacular sights that made their journey memorable.
It was the small moments, like strolling hand in hand down Jumeirah Beach, relishing the rich aromas of Arabian food at local cafes, and exchanging secrets in the seclusion of their hotel room like new lovers, that imprinted Dubai in their hearts.
On one beautiful day, as they lounged by their hotel pool, Liu Xueyi's phone rang.
Stepping out of the pool, he made his way to where their belongings were kept and took out his phone, leaving Andromeda to enjoy the slightly warm water.
He rolled his eyes at the caller ID and sighed but nonetheless, he answered. It was his Rong Bolin. No doubt Liu Zueyi could guess what he was calling about—work.
"Xueyi," Rong Bolin's voice, as usual, was composed. "Guess what, I have some good news," he announced.
Liu Xueyi sighed quietly, knowing that there was never a shortage of intrigue in the business world. "If I were to guess, wouldn't that ruin the fun? Go ahead and tell me."
Rong Bolin sighed. "You are no fun at all. Sorry to interrupt your splendid time with Andromeda. I can see her posts on her Instagram and WeChat account," he informed. "Anyways, you need to know this."
"Finally, shoot."
"Tsk, you would wish you didn't say that if I have 4 gunmen pointing their snipers at you now," Rong Bolin insinuated.
"Anyways, Yu An has made her move," Rong Bolin informed him, "Most of the CEOs have begun investing in her business, which has significantly increased the value of her company."
Liu Xueyi couldn't help but scoff. "It's as we said. Yu An is like a chess player, always thinking ahead of two moves. Allow her to enjoy this moment. I won't let her overshadow Liu Corporation."
"Nor the Rong Group. I do not trust her one bit."
"True." Liu Xueyi turned his attention to Andromeda. She made backstrokes, her face glistening under the afternoon sun. Turning his attention to the call, he checked to see if Rong Bolin was still connected. "Is that all?"
Bolin scoffed before continuing. He could tell he was itching to join in whatever fun Andromeda was having.
"Leave women and focus, Xueyi."
"I guess that advice is for you," Liu Xueyi retorted.
"Whatever. I am not like that," Rong Bolin dissed as both men chuckled at their joke.
