CHAPTER 397
Liu Xueyi picked up the photo Zheng Ying left behind. Rather than chase after Andromeda, he was bothered about the situation of what she said.
'Six years and sick.' He recounted inwardly.
Lifting the photo close to his face, his eyes scanned the young boy and lady in the picture.
No doubt it was Zheng Ying but before Liu Xueyi could take his eyes off, his gaze settled on the boy.
He was the spitting image of his mother and from the timeline said, his heart began to beat fast in his chest.
"Six years..."
Broom!
Ring!
Huff! Huff!
Several images came to play in his mind as he stared at the picture and before he knew, his mind was thrown down memory lane, to a place he never thought he would have any need going back to.
**Flashback**
Slam!
Rushing out fo the car that had skidded to a halt in front of the airport, Liu Xueyi dashed through the doors and ran with all he had brushing pass people till he found himself in the airport.
His sharp eyes darted from place to place, perosn to person all in search of one person.
"Check around!" An order was issued from the lips of his personal bodyguard as Liu Xueyi ran with all his might., Not stopping to cat h his breath.
For the past two months, he had always been in one fight or the other with his girlfriend all from things that shouldn't cause such to happen.
Each time he pleaded with her and got things settled just because of his undying love for her.
Suddenly, he decided to go on a vacation with her, dedicating a bit of time from his work in hopes of finding the joy in his relationship.
She had agreed but then on the day of its happening, he was informed of her leaving.
She had cleared her things from her condo unit and left without a word.
The young master of the Liu family was shattered as he dashed through the walkways in the airport, turning his head from side to side as his chest rose with great gusto.
He wasn't concerned about his health. All he wanted was for the love of his life not to leave him.
"Ying! Ying? Zheng Ying!"
Standing at the center of the airport, Liu Xueyi yelled out her name, ignoring the eyes that were fixated on him.
"Come in. Ying!"
His eyes watered as he picked pace once more, checking the faces of everyone on the line ready to cross for checking.
"Young Master, please calm down. Young Master."
Ignoring all their warning calls, he searched frantically until his lungs couldn't handle the stress and he passed out.
By the time he had woken up, they informed him about checking the passengers for all travelers for that day and the previous day.
None of the record showed her name boarding any plane. The shock had affected him again, due to his poor health a few days ago and he collapsed once more.
It took him months before he could get up to do anything.
All the while, he sought help from his friends, hoping they could find a trace of her but she was gone with no trace of goodbye at all.
The heart break was massive. It took a while before he stepped foot out of his house and took the Liu Corporation work as CEO and invested all his time in it.
After that incident, trusting a woman with his heart again became a thing of the past until he met Andromeda Kai, the woman who changed it all and gave him hope again.
This was the reason he found it hard to communicate properly in their relationship and caused so much delay out of fear of losing the one whom he had loved again.
**Flashback Ends**
He tilted his head back, letting the tears he never thought would drop spill out from his eyes.
Quickly, Liu Xueyi wiped them off his face, brought his head down and sat down lazily on his seat.
Just recalling sent his brain back to those traumatic days he never thought he would come out of. And now she had the nerves to return.
As much as he wished to jail her, the thought of what was with him, made him rethink every decision.
"He is sick. Is he my son?" He massaged his temples and shut his eyes. "I need to see Xu Fang."
He knew not until he figured things out, he could not drag Andromeda into this mess. What would she do when she found out he supposedly had a child with another woman?
What would happen to their relationship? Would it end? Would she give up on him?
These questions plagued his mind. He was just finding happiness but Zheng Ying came to curse his life and joy.
He got up and walked towards the door. The feeling of her soft lips lingered on his lips. Rather than recall good times with her, his mind was invaded with his great moments with Andromeda.
He gritted once more, recalling the compromising situation she had walked in on him. Yet she still gave him a chance to explain himself.
"Wait for me Andy. Once I sort this out, I can face you fair and square and provide answers to all your questions. I do not want to ruin your fashion show preparation."
He walked out of his office, shut his door and headed for Xu Fang's office.

BAM!
"You have got to be kidding me, right?" Xu Fang questioned through gritted teeth as he slammed his palm on top of the table.
"How dare her show her face here again after everything she did to you?"
His brows furrowed deeply as his eyes turned red, completely blazed with fury.
"I should kill her where she stands," he added.
"Hold your horses. I know you are pissed."
"I am beyond pissed, Xueyi. I am madly angry at her."
"Fine. Good. Now I need to find out her motive and what if she is planning on. Is he really my son and what sickness situation is she talking about?"
"It seems she isn't here for just money but from what you told me, she is here for you."
