CHAPTER 363 – Missing Her
Liu Xueyi barely waited enough for Andromeda to get her mind sorted out before taking his leave quickly.
"I'll call you later. Promise."
As he went, he made the necessary call for the driver to have her sent home while he rushed for his business.
"Hmm, why is he in much of a hurry? What must have come up for him to not bother with informing me in the first place?"
Shaking her head, she resigned herself to whatever should be done and decided to question him later.

Having finished giving his report on things and letting Xu Fang carry on without him, Liu Xueyi once more got into his disguise and went straight for the entertainment company.
How he had kept up with his stressful acting life while focusing on the company was something Xu Fang always worried about.
Still, as his friends, everyone gave the best possible support, even down to covering his background as an actor and keeping stupid snoopy reporters and enemies from digging into his past.
By the time he was done with his acting and signed off on every other meeting that needed his approval, Liu Xueyi was more exhausted than before.
As usual, immediately actress Fang Qian saw him, her leerchy claws aimed at tying herself to him but even with the hangout they had as a team for that evening, Liu Xueyi rejected everything.
For some unknown reason he could not put his mind to, he found himself wanting to be close to Andromeda even more that day.
To him, it was the tiredness from his vacation or perhaps it was due to the fact that he did not make love to her as much as he would want for the sake of not wanting to go overboard while wanting to keep to his promise.
It was stupid of him, yes and he knew it but he greatly felt bad anytime he thought about her sexually.
Should he have waited?
What if he couldn't?
Then again, he could. He was able to hold off for years after his ex. That was how heartbroken that singular action had made him.
But now, it felt like his resistance was tossed to the wind with Andromeda. Even then with his ex, he did not yearn so much for her as he did Andromeda.
As sensible as he was, his brain and heart suddenly turned to that of a teenager whenever she was near and his hormones raged.
"Goodbye Director, bye everyone," Liu Xueyi bade as he took his leave.
"Bye, Ye Yuan."
"Ye Yuan, you still do not wish to stay? I promise it would be fun," Fang Qian called out as she rose to her feet, hoping to stop him with a lovely plea.
"Pass," Liu Xueyi uttered sharply and turned away.
"Maybe have a guy's night out one of these days?" Another of his co-stars yelled after him.
"Maybe. Bye."
Immediately he responded to him in a slightly positive manner and not Fang Qian, the co-star turned to face her and stuck his tongue out playfully.
"Meh, you lost. Your presence obviously irritates him, hahhaa," the young man chuckled loudly at the hearing of those present.
No sooner had he begun enjoying his jokes than a sharp yell escaped his lips when his ears were tugged at.
Shaking his head at them, Liu Xueyi brought out his phone and dialled Andromeda's contact.
"I forgot to check up on her because of how busy I have been. I hope she would not be too mad at me?"
He waited for the phone to ring, hoping she was not angry about the state of ignoring his calls.
And when her voice came from the other end of the phone, Liu Xueyi could not be gladder than he was.
A sigh of relief escaped his lips as a smile of satisfaction and joy lit up his eager face.
"Hey love, how are you?"
"I'm fine. And you?"
From the sound of her voice, he did sense any anger towards him and felt his heartbeat begin to calm down.
"Great now that I have spoken to you."
"Is someone saying that to get out of his punishment?" Andromeda tsked before continuing. "You got pretty busy huh? I was about thinking you forgot you have a very lovely girlfriend."
Just listening to the threatening remarks from her, his brows quirked nervously.
He was about to say that she may have been acting when she first spoke to him but shooed the thoughts away and thought nothing of it.
However, with the attitude she gave just now, he knew there was trouble.
"Normally, I would not be bothered but considering my boyfriend left without a proper explanation and then promised to call," she took a pause, making sure he was still on the call from the sound of his deep breath before resuming.
"I never asked you to promise, mind you."
"I did that because I love you, Andy. Doesn't that count for anything?"
"Tsk. I waited," she confessed and crossed her free hand in front of her chest as she puffed her cheeks into a pout."
Just then the sound of a honk resounded through the phone, causing Liu Xueyi's eyes to narrow.
"Where are you? I thought you would be at home by this time. It is already 7, Andy."
"Relax. I went to eat and I got you food and snacks too."
"Why didn't you place an order?"
"I felt like not staying home alone. You know your place is big right?"
"Then what would you say about the Liu's mansion?"
"Tsk. Naughty girl. Okay, head home, I am about to leave now. Go home and shower, I need you to relax before my arrival. I want to eat you tonight."
Her cheeks flushed at his words. "How do you expect me to relax after hearing that from you?"
"I do not expect you…"
"Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!"
His eyes flew wide open at her scream as the sound of the car swerving and more screams resonated through the phone.
"Hello? Andy? Hello?"
