CHAPTER 360 - Tempted
With the usage of the words, invade your city, Liu Xueyi shook his head at him and tsked.
He did not complain because, in the full country, Dream Star Corporation stood strong above many others.
If they wanted and needed to expand, it wasn't him that would stop them. However, striking a deal with someone such as Ye Cheng would greatly boost their company.

Left with Aiden, Liu Xueyi began to make small talk.
On the other hand, once the girls started speaking about their costumes and every other thing, they began to bond like friends who had known each other.

Soon it was time for the opening speech. Both of them donned their costumes properly and went up on stage.

Thanks to the event as well, Li Jing introduced her to some top people all of whom were personal customers of her clothes.
Truly it became the best highlight of her time during the party.
After the opening speech, Liu Xueyi got a chance to steal her attention before his girlfriend was whisked away by her newfound friends.
At some point, he was left feeling like the third wheel in their relationship but once Ye Cheng had finished with some businesses, he was right by his side once more, introducing his vice CEO to him.
"I am Yi Wang Lei," he introduced himself.
"Liu Xueyi. Nice meeting you."
Both men shook hands and when Yi Wang Lei spotted Aiden he called out, "Jia Huang."
"Jia Huang?"
"Yes. That is his name. Do not tell me they have filled your brain with his English name."
"I won't tell you."
Yi Wang Lei shook his head. "You are something else, you know that. I am sure the others would love to meet you too."
"The others?"
"Yes, Fong Wei Ling is one. Anyways, dealing with Ye Cheng would bring that to you. I can already see he has taken a liking to you. I guess we would be seeing more of each other in the future, Mr Liu."
"I look forward to it then. It will be nice."
Before long the party became even more interesting, Andromeda got introduced to the famous Lin Huilang, Li Jing's grand auntie who looked more sophisticated than her wretched stepmother.
At the thought, she laughed, earning her stares of concern but being who she was, Andromeda brushed it off.
Thanks to the thoughts, she was reminded of one more important mission she needed to undertake once she returned home—search for their family's maid.
Since Fang Mei decided to tamper with things in her trial, Andromeda was determined to show the black heart she had.
After which, Andromeda went for a second change in outfit, putting on a light blue floral flowing gown with a deep V neckline, that displayed her creamy skin which Daenerys Targaryen wore.
As much as the costume did so much to make her glimmer and add flare to her rich sin, Liu Xueyi was the one who was left with a problem to manage.
Thoughts of the previous night and her full breast on display for his eyes kept on running through his mind as it became too hot for him to handle things.
More than anything, Liu Xueyi wished for nothing but his girlfriend.
There was no turning back. He was going to throw caution to the wind and have her. Just once more, he thought.
However, with the promise he made still clearly ringing in his mind, he was left in a dilemma all through the event.
By the time it ended, they bade their farewells to the girls and Ye Cheng's acquaintances.
Now that the only one left was the two of them, he took his time admiring the woman of his dreams from a close-range angle oblivious to Andromeda who kept her thoughts busy with the event she had.
Soon they arrived at the hotel they were lodged and went inside.
Once the doors shut close, Andromeda twirled on her heels giggling as she spread both hands to the side happily, throwing off her wig to the chair close by.
Suddenly she felt a hand latch onto hers and pull her in the opposite direction from where she was facing.
Her eyes widened when she saw the glint of passion and desire spring forth in those glossy eyes as they glazed over her.
"Xueyi…"
"You've been such a temptress today, Andy. How do you plan on solving this issue?"
A small smile shone on her lips but she masked it off quickly and feigned being surprised again.
As far as she was concerned the little punishment she gave him the previous day served as preparation for today's light touch-up and set fire to the ring.
Now he was in her trap more than ever.
He pressed his hand into the small of her back and tightened his hold on her as he bridged the gap between them.
With their lips coming close, Andromeda could feel his breath tickle her skin as he leaned in for a kiss.
But before they could connect, she placed a finger to his lips and stopped him.
Now that she had gotten him this far into the game, to her, it was easy to get the information she needed.
"Why won't you tell me why you always choose to ignore me, Xueyi? Am I not your girlfriend? What did I do wrong?"
"Nothing."
He swallowed and pushed in again only to get stopped in the process. "Do not tell me that. I must have done…"
Luckily for him, as she spoke this time around, she got distracted and he pressed his lips on hers, quickly stealing a kiss to silence her up.
She blinked, completely caught off guard by his reckless kiss but rather than letting him win, Andromeda, tilted her head back and stared into his eyes.
"You are not going to get so much as a kiss anymore if you do not answer me," she threatened.
"Love…"
"Shh." She pressed a finger to his lips while staring intently into his eyes, "tell me, please. Do not make me feel less, Liu Xueyi. I feel so less like I am not worth anything to you."
"No. You know that's not true," he recounted, forcing her finger off his lips. "I love you, Andy."
"Then tell me, please. What is wrong?"
"You."
"Me?"
"No. I mean me."
"You?"

Liu Xueyi face palmed himself just thinking about how unreasonable he sounded right then.
"Me," he released her and took a step forward, towering above her with his height. "You and I are the problem."
Her face fell upon hearing that and she lowered her head.
"But I do not mean that in a bad way."
"How then?" Andromeda inquired, lifting her head once more.
"I love you too much, Andy and I promised not to make love to you anymore but…" He swallowed taking a pause as he watched her expression, waiting to see if she got what he meant.
"But I make it hard for you to hold it in, right?"
"No. That's the problem. You do not need to do anything first, Andy. I am drawn to you. I want to hold you even when I am in the office, not close to you. All I want is to have you near enough and kiss you."
"Then kiss me. I am all yours," she confessed and wrapped her hand around his waist.
"I know I would not be able to stop at a kiss."
"Then take another."
"And then another," he continued for her. "I am bound to have you anywhere I want. In the office or car. It's how hard and crazy you make me go ever since. Like extremely crazy. I want you, Andy."
"And what do you think I am made of? Stone? I want you, too. I never asked you to make that promise, Liu Xueyi and you know why?"
He shook his head.
"Because I have given myself to you. I love and cherish you and that is what matters to me. Making love to you, was never second best."
She giggled softly finding the flaw in her statement the same way he found it too and tsked at her while shaking his head.
