They walked out of the building while chit-chatting about many things except the one he wished to hear the most.
However, while they chatted away, a pair of eyes remained glued on the two of them from the top floor of the building.

After much persuasion from Xu Fang, Andromeda agreed to let him give her a ride. While he felt his charms had paved the way, little did he know she was much too tired to bother with things and if she was going to use the cab, getting to the estate was another thing.
She had just moved in and had barely left the house since, so the security wasn't used to her.
"You win this time. You have to yield to what I want next time."
"As long as there is a next time. I am more than willing to let it happen." She walked towards the passenger's side in front, shaking her head when his eyes widened with realization."You don't do that when I am around. Allow me."
He walked over to where she was and was about to open the car door when another car drove right to their side.
"Fang," he called out in a warning tone. Rather than feeling scared, Xu Fang turned his head to look at him and beamed his usual smile at him.
"Xueyi."
Just hearing his voice alone, she felt chills running down the length of her spine. Something about the way he called his friend's name made her recall the night she got drunk.
Subconsciously, she swallowed hard before looking at her side to see her dashing CEO now standing outside the car close to her.
"Andromeda, come. I would give you a ride."
"She is already riding with me, Xueyi."
"I am afraid you would just bully her. Come and ride with me. I would take you home. Besides, should in case you fall asleep due to exhaustion, I know your house. If that happens, I am afraid you would only end up in Xu Fang's house."

In the end, she could not decide on who to go with. While her contemplation carried on, her phone began to ring in her bag.
Ignoring their game of stares, she took it out and answered the call. 'Perfect. Gu Jun.'
"Excuse me." She turned around and walked a little bit from them. "Hey."
"Hey, girl. What's up?"
"Tired, you?"
"Fine. I closed early from work today, so I thought I could use this opportunity to get the last box of things I left behind."
"Ah, I see. No worries."
"Are you home?"
"No, just closed from work."
"Okay, then where? I just passed 5th Cresent Avenue."
"Great, stop at Liu Corporation on your way. I am outside."
"Alright. I would be there in two."
"Thanks."
She did not return immediately and only waited till it was almost two minutes then she walked back to them.
"Have you decided?" Xu Fang quickly asked.
"Yes."
"So what's it going to be?" Liu Xueyi inquired.
"As much choosing one of you would be nice, I just resumed work here and the last thing I want is to be the talk of the company and social media the very next day."
"What do you mean? You won't go with either of us?" Xu Fang's smile dimmed instantly as he glared at Liu Xueyi.
A small smile formed at the corners of her mouth. "I am sorry guys. Thanks for the offer."
"Wait, you cannot just walk alone when..."

The sound of the car's honk did the job of cutting him short. "Alright. Have a nice day. My ride is here."
She lowered her head a bit before walking past them to meet Gu Jun.
Both Liu Xueyi and Xu Fang could not believe they were bested by a newcomer. No one spoke, they watched silently as she got into the car and they drove away.
"Huh..." Xu Fang scoffed at the situation before walking up to Liu Xueyi. "Looks like bro, you already have a competition for your top designer."
He patted his shoulder twice and shook his head. "It's hard to find a fine girl without a rival. Good luck bro."
He turned on his heels, ready to walk away when Liu Xueyi's voice made him stop.
"It was all a game to you?"
"Hmm maybe. I see it as payback for stealing my ride with her. In the end, we both lost."
All Liu Xueyi could do was chuckle lightly at himself before looking to his side. "Your punishment just doubled. Have a nice dream about what it could be."
