CHAPTER 287 - A Mix Up
"Hello, Miss Kai," Liu Xueyi greeted and placed a peck on her cheek.
"Let go. That's very unprofessional, Mr. Liu," Andromeda cautioned.
Even at that, she made no effort to pull away from him and let him hold her.

As he said this, he took a step forward and placed a hand on her shoulder. Sadly, for him, Andromeda was not having it.
She bent her knees a bit, evading his hand as she darted out of the way, escaping him completely.
"Behave."
She did not hide the fact that she was angry with him for dissing her that way and she meant it. Since he forgot his words, she would ignore him as well during this trip.
Not wanting to give him an opportunity to catch up, Andromeda hastened her steps and joined the others in the lobby.
No sooner had she departed through the sliding doors than Xu Fang's mocking laughter reverberated from behind Liu Xueyi.
He told him to be careful earlier on and now, he could see he had not taken his advice and done what was on his mind.
"Hehe, it is nice seeing you beg," Xu Fang revealed as he walked past his dazzled friend.
"Do not worry, I am sure Andromeda has more for you from where that came from."
"And I would be sure to give you a taste of my rage, don't you worry."
Following them, Liu Xueyi walked over to where the workers were gathered while collecting the keys to their respective rooms from Fu Chu Hua.
By the time everyone had gotten and were paired together, Andromeda was left standing with no keys in her hands.
Confused by what was going on, she trailed her gaze from the key in Peng Xiaoli's hand and then over to the others before bringing it over to Fu Chu Hua who was busy settling some things at the counter.
"Huh, where is my room key?" Andromeda's calmly questioned, pulling everyone's attention to her.
Immediately, Fu Chu Hua halted what she was doing and turned around to look at her.
"Huh, Miss Kai."
"Yes, please where is my room key? Where am I staying or with whom am I staying?"
"Huh, everyone was accounted for here ma. "Please, let me crosscheck with the receptionist."
She wasted no time and got the list out of her phone while whispering something to the receptionist.
After about two minutes, Both Fu Chu Hua and the lady turned to face her.
With their lips tugged a bit downwards, both ladies wore an apologetic smile as they resolved to break the news to her.
"There has been a problem, Miss Kai," Fu Chu Hua said in a low tune.
"I am sorry, Miss. It was a mistake on our part. Fourteen rooms were booked but we made a mistake and recorded thirteen."
Just listening to the mix-up made Andromeda more confused than before. Even if that was the problem, it should be easy to rectify and offer her another room.
So why then did both ladies have such expressions on their faces?
Not satisfied with the report they were giving her, she dropped her luggage and walked up to the counter to meet them.
"Okay. The mistake has been made. How do you plan on rectifying it please?"
"Yes. As regards that," Fu Chu Hua continued. "We can just book a new room."
"But," the receptionist cut in quickly.
"Yes? But what? You, if it is the morning for a different and bigger suit, I would pay for it. I just need somewhere I can rest my head peacefully."

"Miss Kai. The last two rooms were booked about thirty minutes ago. We are currently fully booked. I am sorry."

From the sides, most of the workers murmured between themselves, wondering how such a situation would be resolved.
At this point it was obvious Andromeda would have to stay 3 in a room with any one of the workers.
Not that she minded at all, she just was not keen on disturbing anyone.
Suddenly, the sound of a clap resonating in the lobby could be heard from behind them and soon it began to grow closer.
Turning sideways, Andromeda's eyes locked on the one who had the guts to make this already bizarre situation a funny one and pressed her lips together.
"Fine then. I have a solution," Liu Xueyi announced to the hearing of everyone."
"Ah perfect!" The receptionist exclaimed with glee written over her face.
Although she did not know what the solution was, given he was there when it happened, she believed he must have something better in mind.
And considering he was the CEO of the company; his decision would be final.
What better saving than this could she have asked for?
